Boston Market

The food I received was an embarrassment and never should have been served. My order was wrong, all my food was dry, unappealing and disgusting and they did not have some of the items I ordered. I ordered on the Boston Market website but when I contacted Boston Market customer service they told me I had to deal with the app that I paid on, which I knew nothing about, I thought I was dealing with Boston Market, and they would not help me. I had to do my own research to find the app, download it, make an account and chat with a customer service agent about my ordeal with Boston Market and the disgusting food I was given. I was not told I would receive a refund during the chat I was sent an email stating that my concerns have been forwarded to their management for review. DO NOT order on the Boston Market website, Boston Market themselves will not help you if you are not satisfied with your order, they make you deal with a totally different company that they have chosen themselves and the app Boston Market have chosen will not solve your concerns nor complaints right away, your issue must be received by their management. Days later I am still waiting for some sort of acknowledgement and a full refund.

I came in for the endless chicken soup but was told they didn't have much left for it so I had to order something else. Food was good that I ordered instead of the soup since they were low. I know finding employees is hard right now but for an employee to be sitting on the counter where food is passed through is completely unacceptable. She sat there for half of my meal while other customers were in the restaurant. She even was sitting there facing backwards while a customer was getting ready to come in and I was pulling out. In the picture a customer was walking right past her and she still doesn't even get up. Very unsanitary as well. That is where food goes.. if you need a break go to the backroom. Chef was on his cellphone talking in another language my whole meal as well. Whoever was in charge seemed to think all of this was acceptable during my visit. Never seen this at any reputable restaurant.
