Subway

I havent had Subway in a while for a few weeks since I've got a sub from this location. I was shocked at how much the prices have go e up....oh my Goodness a foot long is now $10 that's insane so I had to change my order to a 6" and a cup of soup which is always good on my goodness the broccoli cheddar soup is wonderful nice large trunks are broccoli it's great

I had been driving for a while and prior to getting my order I needed to use the restroom. So I did. The restroom needed serious cleaning, even though the toilet was usable. So I mentioned it to the employee, and I don't think I've ever gotten such a blank stare from someone. The indifference was too real. Then another employee comes out, because I believe he heard me mentioned the bathroom needs cleaning, and he's stare wasn't any better. I was like, ugh, do I really want to buy here? I had long day and had somewhere else to be and no time to go elsewhere, so I did. Fortunately, the Turkey bacon avocado wrap meal was good. But if I'm in the area again, that's not where I'll be going. And isn't $11 for a wrap meal rather pricey?

Worst customer service ever! Not only have my boyfriend and I had one bad experience but 3. Most of the employees we have had experience with, where very incompetent. The employees have bad attitude and poor customer service skills. The general Manager will not return my call. I tried speaking to a manager on site and she could not understand the concept of customer service. Also this certain shop is unclean and unsanitary. Please don't waste your money there. You definitely could go spend your money else where, and the employees could at least smile and take your 5 dollars.
