Great service! Whenever i go through the drive through i see this guy named Edwin and he's very polite and always smiling. Makes my day to get lunch at a place with super friendly smiling staff. The sandwiches are great and quickly made as well. :)

Better than Subway, the sandwiches are so big you have to share. Best of all the Turkey is off the bone and nothing is processed. Staff is helpful and really cares that you are satisfied with your order.

This place my husband came here and ordered a turkey sandwich no mayo . He is specifically told the server no mayo mind you the place was empty no one was there and when my husband got home guess what the guy working there it went in one ear out the other there was mayo all over the sandwich. He just didn't care and decided to do his own thing . I give it two stars because it was clean other than that the customer service isn't great . They don't pay attention and just don't care about customers requests .

The customer service was excellent! I was in and out of the store in 3 minutes. This was my first experience at a Jimmy John's and the subs were very high quality compared to the competition. If you are looking for a quick, affordable, and healthy meal; Jimmy John's is the answer.

The two employees that I spoke to in my short stay were awesome. One named Aaron and the other Benjamin. Even though my stay was short it was pleasurable and well worth another visit. The sandwiches are also out of this world altogether an out of this world experience.

Probably the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Store is run by children. The "GM" Jessica is unbelievably rude and has zero customer service skills whatsoever. If you're looking to get hung up on and verbally berated, give this place a call. Corporate should be ashamed to have you representing them sweetie.

Their advertising couldn't be more true. They are "freaky fast" every single time. Never had a bad sub from them since my first experience over 10 years ago. If you want the bread left in on your sub ask for LBI (leave bread in).

Worst Jimmy John's ever. The staff & store managers were mentally abusive to my fiance when he worked there for over a year and the top management/owner did nothing about it. All they care about are their audits. My advice, find another place to work if you're looking. There are way better options. The food isn't spectacular. There's a JJ in Coconut creek I'd rather give my business to.
