Brendy's Yogurt

I called in advance to ask if they had vegan soft serve Icecream. The lady told me the flavors and I once again confirmed with her that those were soft serve and she said yes. I take a long drive over there only for the same woman to tell me they don’t have the vegan soft serve and that she never said that. Terrible customer service.

Brendy''s is known around Boca for their fat free and sugar free yogurt- yes, it's incredible consistently. However this location differs than the other I've Brendy's I've been to in just how unfriendly they actually are here. A couple times I've gone and the employee that serves is sitting in their dining area on their phone chilling.. Then acts like it's a big deal to have to stand up to serve a customer with an audible sigh each time.. I've also tipped over $3 last time, not even a thanks. The problem with this location is simply the customer service/ customer interaction component

I felt discriminated the first time I visited this store. There were two young Caucasian customers ahead of me who had ordered their desserts, received them and then paid. When the time came for me to order, the clerk paused before serving my dessert and asked if I could please pay first. I am not Caucasian. I have returned twice and noticed no one has been asked to pay first.
