Palm Beach Bagel

Meet friends who wanted to try Palm Beach Bagel, Huge menu, very popular, and very crowded .Service is extremely slow, people who came in after us got served before us. My wife ordered the Veggie Omelet, Mushrooms, onions, spinach, and tomato. Just fair and not hot. I ordered the 3 Eggs Any Style, both made with 3 extra large eggs and choice of home fries, sliced tomatoes, oatmeal or grits and a choice of bread or bagel. Bagel was doughy. .

If I could rate this zero stars I would. I ordered online and came into the store 20 minutes later. To my surprise nothing was ready. We waited there for another 30 minutes with several other unhappy people who’s orders were not fulfilled either. Just like our hopes. The cashier lied straight to our face as we asked about our order multiple times as she walked back twiddling her thumbs and then came right back and said “the bacon isn’t ready. As another 10 minutes passed the cashier so kindly told us that our order was being made now. But here’s the kicker, once we received our order everything was colder than your exs heart. I don’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Do NOT come here.

I come here almost everyday and order almost the same thing I call before I come in, told my order will be ready in 20 min but wait 30 minutes to get my food. People standing behind me was asked if they can be helped and I was waiting in the line cashier looked at me like I was invisible. I keep saying I'm not going to come here anymore but since it's close to my job I'm always hoping for better service. How long does it take for you to cook eggs and bacon I see on the reviews the owner is thanking all the good reviews but leaving the bad review with no comments REALLY

I've been coming here for over 7 years and I have never been so disappointed in the humiliation and disgust from the customer service that was given to me today. The wife (manager) was aware of my issues and her husband assaulted my mother and I in front of his staff and customers calling me a liar because he didn't believe on how far we had to travel to get our favorite salads (From Sunrise to Boca). They lost at least 4 loyal customers and I hope they do better with their training.

Whether dining in, dining outside or picking up this place is always 5 stars for me! Like the closest thing to a breakfast diner around this area. For all those chicken tender lovers- This may be a top 5 chicken finger spot in Boca Raton! Patty melts off the charts too. This location is always hustling and busy! Def rec trying!

REGRETFULLY, Went here with family and our experience was awful. Place is dirty. Staff wears dirty and unpresentable wardrobe. Was pleasantly surprised to see such an extensive menu, it was a shame to experience dining in such a gross environment. Beyond this, service was subpar as the order was taken and server disappeared only to return with 3 out of 4 orders in hand. Thankfully it was my order but it still left my family disconcerted. They couldn't enjoy their meal until mine arrived. Server disappeared again after dropping off the three orders and had to be hunted down (at least 15 mins after the 3 plates were delivered)to retrieve the last order (which was incorrect). Server again disappeared and had to be tracked down for the bill. Never checked for refills condiments. The food itself was put together sloppily as well. This place has so much potential and could really appreciate some paint, bleach and retraining. None of us will initiate a return visit. Thank you for your time.
