Pizza is really good - crust is just right. Ingredients are good. Not too greasy. Their prices for a whole pie are a bit steep, but this isn't Domino's. They close at 8pm - at the very least, they need to stay open until 9 in the summers. They are a bit skimpy on the toppings, so we always double up. Out of 5 visits, two were complete successes. One ended up being an extra 30-minute wait. And twice, there were big glitches - resulting in no chance for pizza. We really want this business to succeed. I hope, in time to give them the extra stars.

OK let me start by saying that Marcos has always been my favorite pizza. I tried this pizza because I wanted something different. I swear this was literally the best pizza I have ever eaten. It was so good I ate 3 of these HUGE slices before I made it home. I honestly can not call this a pizza place this is the true definition of a Pizzeria! It was actually seasoned. I have not stopped thinking about this pizza since I ate the first slice. Also the atmosphere is beautiful it was designed to remind you of somewhere Sicilian Pizzeria in NY somewhere. The owner and his son were literally the nicest guys you can ever meet. This place put every other pizza place to shame. I expect there will be chains all over the US very soon. Thank you for letting my taste buds experience this. I will return again and again and again...

WORST PIZZA WE HAVE EVER HAD. Honestly. Pizza was completely soggy, crust was barely even cooked. Couldn’t even pick up with our hands. They even put it back in the oven for 10 extra minutes and the crust still wasn’t cooked through. Canned mushrooms, not even fresh. Grease was pooling all over the pizza. Even my 6 and 8 year old kids wouldn’t eat it. Only good part was the cheese had good flavor. $21 that I will never got back. To the owner: thank you for your kind response. I’m sorry your staff disappointed you. The pizza was not greasy from the cheese, I think it was the pepperoni. The cheese was actually very good. The reason you couldn’t find my ticket/order is because it would’ve been placed under my husband’s name, Dave. It was a large pizza with pineapple, pepperoni and mushrooms on half. The order was placed at 7:30 PM. Dee helped my husband and even gave us a 20% off coupon for next time since they couldn’t cook the pizza properly. I appreciate that your oven is heated to 600° and that sounds like it would make very nice pizza. I wish I had taken a picture so that you could see the flimsy, see-through, mushy dough and crust that we received. You sound like a conscientious and caring owner but your staff is failing you because they don’t seem to know how to make pizza.

I'm from the Bronx and the pizza was sized right but the taste wasn't even close to NYC style pizza. They lost my order so I had to wait 20 mins when I got there for them to make it. Everyone was nice about it but I was hoping for more. They do use sliced sausage which to me is a sign of a good pizza.

Not always open during listed hours. Owner doesn't respond to issues, when when first privately communicated. The pizza may be delicious! Truly delicious. Or, it may be rose hued crust from a tiny amount of sauce with cheese shreds that you can actually count. It may be undercooked if thru rush it through the oven because they are woefully behind - like an HOUR over quote, or it might be delicious. After 6 tries, 2 of which were home runs, 1 barely mediocre lunch and 3 fails, I'm out.

Great Pizza!! 100% authentic northeast style. Perfect mix of NJ, Philly, and NYC. Top quality flavor and ingredients. Cheesesteak is also very tasty. Fair price for the area. Quick and friendly service.

I really feel that this place has great potential but I do have a few concerns the staff is friendly but not very professional. I ordered a pizza and was told the pizza was stuck to the pan so they wanted to recook it. We waited almost an hour for a pizza and the pizza was undercooked and didn’t want to wait no longer. Like I said this place have lots of potential maybe the staff needs more training but other than that i wish this place the best of luck! 😁

I just sat in and ate a slice, the workers are so friendly, they have no problem with including you in a conversation. They make you feel like you’ve known them for awhile. The owners son and two sisters treat you like family, and that’s a plus. They even opened up early to take my order! I love the environment and the food is amazing.

I really wanted to give 4 or 5 stars to this place but I cannot. The first time we got a pie here it was the best, came out just the way it was ordered. I always try a place at least 3 times before writing a review. BUT, the second time the pie had onions on it even though the menu didn't say that it would have onions, ok let it slide and pick them off. Tonight we ordered and waited, and waited, and waited. They must of forgot to do ours, ok I'll wait no big deal, they even offered a drink. That was nice. So we get the pie home and this is why I'll am writing this review, they must of rushed the pie, where the crust was thick enough to even be there it wasn't done, a lot of holes in the pie where the toppings were on the cardboard, really take your time and do it right $20 for a pie that I had to put half back in our oven and the other half got feed to the dogs because you couldn't even pick up a slice. Sorry guys I gave you 3 tries to get it right. Just wish you stood up to the standards of the very first pie we got. If I wasn't hungry and 10 miles away I would have brought it right back and returned for one that was right or asked for my money back. On a good note everytime I was in there the staff was very nice, but why why did you put this out this way, I know the owner did not expect this one before it left, at least I hope not cause he made my very first pie. So sad, if the owner wants to reach out to make things right (I have plenty of pics that I will not post here) I will try again and edit the review.

When you walk in you are immediately treated like family. The pizza and toppings were all made with fresh ingredients. The burger was extremely well portioned and juicy. Highly recommend!

I’m new to the area. I love Pizza. That being said I’ve become partial to only certain pizza joints. Mom and pop/ hole in the wall, local places are the best places to go. I would know bc I’ve worked in one back in VA before I moved to SC. Joseppi’s Pizzeria is the first pizza place I’ve been to that I LOVE here in SC. It is a very close second to my favorite pizza place of all time back in VA. In celebration, I shall be getting some pizza for National Pizza Day! � P.S. I wonder if they’re hiring. �

I have heard great things and reading the reviews can say there must have been a lot of changes to the pizza making since spring because the reviews and the pizza isn’t what it was during the winter. I’m from the north east, been to NYC and had great pizza there, this is not it. The sauce is just tomato sauce not pizza sauce, the cheese is cheap, the toppings are cheap, poorly placed and sparing and the dough is under cooked. Happy for those who love it but it is not NY pizza and doesn’t compare to to other pizza places around for the price. I’ll drive to Elgin before going here again.

When I saw the dough was hand-tossed I knew it would be good! We got a pepperoni pie and it tastes exactly like slices I loved so much in NYC. It even folds up right! Thin crust, good sauce, cooked just right, but needed a *little* better distribution of pepperoni. A couple slices were straight up cheese. We devoured it, though, in no time. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

I want to say first off that the pizza is fantastic. Employees are always friendly and the food is excellent. But there is a huge issue that must be addressed. My wife and I called in an order this evening and I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. 50 minutes later my wife finally got in the car with our order. I’m sorry but there is absolutely no excuse for taking that long to prepare my order. I understand and appreciate fresh ingredients, but that is still no excuse for taking so long to bake a pizza. We ordered an 18” pizza and some garlic knots. If we had a huge order I could understand, or if things were incredibly busy. But a single pizza and one side...50 minutes is absolutely inexcusable. I want to know if you are aware of these issues and if there is anything you are doing to address them. Because as much as I love your pizza, if there is not an acceptable response and solution then you leave me no choice but to refuse to give you my business any longer. I would greatly appreciate your response. We have given multiple chances to change but each visit is the same. This is not a one-time thing but more a pattern of behavior. And I find it absolutely inexcusable.
