If I could leave a review of -5 stars I would! Placed an order around 6:30 or so and it just got here at 9:44! Their site/order tracker had 129 minutes listed as the max time. Oh..and don't try to call to inquire about your order, the line disconnects. Totally absurd, it definitely did not take 3 h

If there was a no star option, I would give it that. This store has serious issues with timeliness as it should not take almost 3 hours to cook and deliver a large pizza and wings. This is not the first time we've had this issue with timeliness and piss poor customer service. The phone lines are set
Ordered two large pizzas at 6:47 and order tracker showed they hadn't gone into the oven yet as of 8:47... TWO HOURS LATER! The store closes at 9 pm, so I guess we won't be getting our order. I guess I'll be disputing charges with my credit card company.
Order from here all the time as they're the only place who will deliver pizza in Blythewood. Kudos for that and super thankful for it as well. Being the only ones who deliver too this area the amount of time from order to my door is definitely reasonable. And the gluten free crust is delicious

This is the WORST Papa Johns ever. They don't answer their phones, don't get your pizza to you in the amount of time they quote you and half of the time your pizza is luke warm at best. Seriously don't waste your time ordering from this terrible store.
Wait time is horrible. Staff are making pizzas without any gloves on at all. I saw a girl touching her phone and fanny pack then went right back to making pizzas.
