Review Mcdonald's - Blythewood

I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in probably 2 or 3 years but my daughter wanted McDonald’s so that was where we went. I got the cheeseburger meal and I was not impressed. The burgers were pretty overcooked and dry and I had requested no onions but my request was ignored because they put onions on my burger and my fries were slightly warm. My daughter got nuggets and said they were good but her fries were the same as mine. I remember now why I quit going to McDonald’s…

Nothing special, just the regular McD. Covid protocols in place

I was very impressed was the cleanliness and promptness of the service. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit was delicious too. Very moist. The chicken to biscuit ratio was a big off, but the flavor was still pretty good. Overall A+!

Well I must say that I'm really not a fast food type person I do enjoy McDonald's french fries and vanilla shake and a cheeseburger once in a while from them. However I feel like almost all locations this is just a repeat of every place else. Employees standing around inside laughing and joking you can see some wearing masks some that wearing mask some wearing masks under their chin some wearing masks half on their face somewhere in gloves some not wearing gloves when you can see a mess out your car window through the drive-thru window in the store you know it's a train wreck inside.

This is my 2nd time at this particular McDonald's. I found a hair and one of the sandwiches, my chicken sandwich was burnt and hard, French fries cold. The only thing that was right in my order was my drinks us my drinks.

The poor staff are run ragged. Extremely long wait ~ not fast food. Food was as expected. (I feel bad for the staff). Owner needs to hire more people to help. The manager on staff was very apologetic. My comments are geared towards the owner as the staff was polite and was working as hard as they could.

DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALD'S.If and that's a overwhelming if they happen to serve you food quality is poor. Chances are you will stand in line or drive thru and be ignored if you come before 9 0 clock. After 9 0 clock good chance they will get order wrong and will come with a attitude.

I had a great experience here this morning for breakfast. The food was hot and fresh. I received excellent customer service from Dosiah At the front counter (sorry if I spelled the name incorrectly). This is big for me because this was my first time at this location and I was impressed. The restaurant was clean as well. Another employee (gentleman) was passing through the lobby and greeted me. He also took the time to pick up some trash that was on the floor so that the place continued to have a good first impression. The drive thru was moving pretty swiftly as well. Lastly, the had water for my fur baby in the rear parking area! Throughout Covid-19 service and quality has dwindled severely so to encounter this today made my heart leap. Drive through staff is incompetent. Food was rang up wrong even after I repeated myself several times. Then over my frustration over the food didn’t notice they didn’t give me the drink I ordered until my husband had pulled out of drive thru. So not only was my food wrong I didn’t even get what I paid for.

Last Sunday July 22nd, my husband, myself and three of our grandchildren were traveling home from our trip to Disney World. We had already eaten McDonalds that day but we were hungry and tired and this was the first place we pulled into. This did not break the kids’ hearts needless to say. While we waited for our order one of the managers did something extremely sweet for my grandchildren. I don’t want to say what it was but she knows. She went above and beyond to put a smile on their faces, so much so that one of my grandsons walked out without his drink he was so excited. When we got home and people started asking them about their vacation, that stop at McDonalds rated right up there with Disney to them. Thank you for being good to my babies. You are good people in my book.�

Cashier was courteous, well groomed, and smiling. I was out in 5 minutes after placing my order.

Some people need trained

5 minutes ago my husband and I pulled up to go threw the drive thru. We waited 5 minutes for someone to come across the Mic, with no one else in line. When she did ask what we wanted, my husband requested 2 drinks which she quickly and abbrasively responded "will that complete your order" and my husband responded "no mam it won't." Again, rudely she said "what do you want" so my husband said " never mind we will go elsewhere" to which she said "alright." Horrible and rude service. I'm sure she was busy, but even then you don't have to be so rude.

management is horrible no respect for the customers....I went in to use the bathroom and worker(manger)kick me out....never again

Service is lacking here. If you're going to take 20 minutes on a drive-thru order, let me know! If something delays your turn-around time, let the customer know.

Really bad customer service. Waited in long line only to get to the front and have the Mgr. walk away from the register to do something else. Also he started our hot drink but never finished and called the order as being ready. Bad bad !
