Review Wendy's - Blythewood

The meal was OK but it took 30 minutes to get are food. The food was a little mixed up. I ordered a hot honey and chicken sandwich and my wife ordered a bacon cheddar chicken sandwich. She got honey on her but not my. Also I asked for a receipt but I was told that they didn't have any.

Food was cold before we left out the parking lot from the drive thru. Meaning fries and nuggets were already cold in the first place. Whether it cost $1 or $50 i want my food HOT AND FRESH PLEASE because I'm the one paying for it.

What I thought was a wrong ordered brought to my by Grubhub wasn't. I found someone that would drive me to that location because I didnt have $22 to waste on a wrong ordere....however...I was in the WRONG...my order was as I ordered but for some reason I was expecting something else. After assuring me my order was right, the manager went above the call of duty and redid the order to make sure I had a hot and fresh meal. Wow!!!! And the rest of the staff were just as kind! Very...very professional...even though I was in the wrong & embrassed, the staff was still was kind, courteous and professional to me..the owner of this location needs to reward that staff with a "staff appreciation day"!!!

Terrible experience. Employees were rude and had attitudes. Bathrooms and dining room filthy. Straw and napkin dispensers were empty. Waited 40 minutes to order. Wish I would have walked out. Worst Wendy's I ever ate at!

Had a nice experience my food was got to me quick and the drive thru was kinda busy when I went thru but that didn't stop them from preparing the food quick and getting people in and out the place quick. The drive thru lady was nice and I would recommend coming here again if I am in the area

If I could give NO STARS I would. The brown skin young girl at the drive thru was very disrespectfully. Having the door shut in my face when I ask for more sauce is NOT the type of business I would recommend to anyone. If you want your hard earn money to be spent in a place the values you as a customer go somewhere else.

Stopped for lunch on a road trip and wasn't let down! Hot food quick and close to the freeway Nuggs were cold tho 😔 New Strawberry frosty is legit 🤙

1st offense: ladies behind the counter were very rude, ignorant, and did not respect us or themselves… I wasn’t happy with the woman at the registers attitude (says the name was Malaya on the receipt, but she might of been logged into another persons account) 2nd offense: ordered a biggie bag: received a jr. cheeseburger with everything on it… when your suppose to receive a double stack… also I asked for mayo and ketchup only, and they failed at this.

Food was fine, but they were very busy and only used 1 register. We were 4th in line, but waited 15 minutes. Not very fast food. It was clean and they were nice, just not well run.

The food was great and fast. The workers were all super friendly and happy to help you. All had smiles on their faces. The dining room was very clean and comfortable

I went through the drive-thru and asked for the number 2 small order extra mayonnaise ketchup in the bag no ice in the drink, and I got small fries and a sandwich with one piece of meat on it. I have continually tried to call up there and no one answers the phone! There is a big price difference between number 1 and number 2 and they gave me the number one by mistake.
