Review Groucho's Deli - Blythewood

We often order from Groucho's. My hubby's favorite sandwich is always just right. This evening I got the My Wife's salad with an extra dressing. The dressing cups contain very minimal amounts as in comparison to what they had previously been. I also had two very large hunks of iceberg core that are what I always throw away. The biggest disappointment was that my salad had no cheese cubes and we all know how loved those are. Hope this is not indicative of what is yet to come.

The waitress was new and she did her best to keep up with everyone... my issue was her shift lead or manager gave me a complete distate for the entire place! I felt so bad for the new waitress because we all know it starts with the leader! That girl that was acting as leader during my visit was lazy, entitled, on her phone often and very unprofessional, quoting inaccurate menu information etc. I was beyond excited to share my love of grouchos with a brand new customer... however I usually go to the one in Lexington and this was the one I visited that day and was sorely disappointed with that specific girl, it definitely trickled down to the attitudes of the other employees as I could tell the guys making the food weren't happy to be there. They gave us wrong items, as well as didn't make some to the grouchos standards I'm used too. I'm not certain if I'd visit this one again with how bad of a taste I left with...

I’d like to start this post by saying I go to the Groucho’s in Blythewood ALOT. When I call in I use my mom’s name because frankly no one ever gets mine right lol. So now they know me as my mom’s name lol. The staff is amazing. Every time they see me they know exactly who I am. It’s honestly like walking in and being greeted by friends. The service is so good and they really do make it feel like such a welcoming place to be. And the food is amazing too! I’m so sad to be leaving my hometown grouchos to be moving away to a new town. But I will always come back and visit because of how exceptional the service is and how kind everyone is. So if you’re thinking of choosing to eat here. You absolutely should. You’ll not only get great food but also, exceptional service from some of the kindest people 💕

This location is amazing. Two weeks in a row and the same quality and service each time.

I get the STP Dipper every time I come. This time I got it with extra meat and Miss Haley fix it just right with a beautiful face and attitude to go along with it.

They have the best food. I especially love their cookies they are so yummy! Thank you Mark, Suzanne and the very friendly crew! Many blessings!

Nice place the waitresses real nice sandwiches were good we'll go back to try the soup and chili next time
