Review Doko Smoke Bbq - Blythewood

This right here is what dreams are made of. The smoke on these ribs is DEEP, the crust is top notch. The flavors just pour out of these ribs, there was NOTHING left on the bone when I was done. The hash & rice was perfect, mac n cheese was very creamy and delicious.

Not really a fan. Would anyone expect to have to de-bone a sandwich? Well be prepared to if you order their rib sandwich. At least you won’t be surprised. Someone is going to break their teeth. I’ve loved hash my whole life but I’ve never had any that was so vinegary & spicy before. Maybe some people like it that way but I sure didn’t. The chicken was juicy & you definitely get enough of it but the bbq sauce used was spicy too. Not something I was expecting. I did like the macaroni & cheese, ate all of that. Boyfriend liked all of his food aside from the hash but he likes spicy things. Three stars because they definitely give you a lot of food for the price & they did have my online order completed even though they ran out of food before 2pm. Plus the macaroni was good. All in all, probably won’t be a place I go to again, not for the price I paid & the little bit I ate.

First time here, was with two others, one was regular customer. All of us got pulled pork plate, mac and cheese and hash with rice. All of it tasted fantastic. Service was very fast, they stay busy. Banana pudding was the best! Their sauces are all good, but the brisket sauce was the best. About 12 bucks per plate. Definitely will be a regular customer.

The Brisket was exceptional! Wildly surprised by the Baked Beans. Those are the best restaurant Baked Beans that I have ever had in South Carolina. You need some indoor seating though...

One of the absolute best BBQ places I have ever been. My husband and I decided to stop while passing through. Growing up my family had a bbq restaurant and to say I am very picky and critical is an understatement. Doko’s, however, exceeded my expectations. My husband and I both got sandwiches and they were amazing. I’ll be honest when we pulled up I was a little hesitant, but I would come back over and over!

Stopped in by recommendation from a local couple that we met on a cruise. We tried a little bit of everything and it was delicious! Perfectly smoked meats! Sides we really good too. Great southern cooking here!

First time coming here I've seen the reviews and have been dying to try it... so here is my opinion. ................I was taking a deep breathe from being stuffed everything was TOP NOTCH ..customer service was great.. good prices !!

Ok so I don't get it. First I love visiting local small businesses. But this place is only open 3 days a week and they close at 7pm. But they also reserve the right to close early if they run out of food???? Why not just not run out and stay open till late and 7 or 6 days a week. I found the answer.... gouging.... the prices are so high for dinner for 3 it is $50 plus and this is just a shack. It's BBQ right, I got all 3 sauces and all three are watered down! Rude!! The rib plate is sorta tasty if you can get around all the fat... obviously they get the cheapest cuts of meat. I could go on but I will just say... if you are looking to give your money to local businesses, no don't go here, if you are looking to let a local, I don't really want to work so I will raise the prices and give the cheapest product and only be available the absolute minimum amount of time, you got it.

I keep forgetting about this place. And I am not over here at lunch often. The pulled pork sandwich was a monster and tasted great. I had the peppered vinegar sauce and my son had the sweet red BBQ. Both great. The beans had a generous amount of pork and we're also great. We will be back.

I’m a Texas native, and I’ve had a hard time finding good barbecue brisket in SC. Doko has the best brisket I’ve had since leaving Texas, it’s awesome!

Loved the pulled pork sandwich special and my husband had the brisket we were really happy. Chris was lovely and helpful. We had a great experience and happy we found this place on our drive through.

Best BBQ in the midlands by far!!!! I’m a pepper/vinegar BBQ fan and their sauce is great. Green beans are my favorite side that they have!

The ribs are some of the best I've ever had! I missed out on the beans but, the mac and cheese is on point! Definitely one of my first stops any time I'm around that area

If you can drive pass this place with your windows down while they are smoking meat and not stop? You are stronger willed than I! Love this place! Make sure to get there early to grab some ribs!

We got the 3 meat plate. I don't normally like brisket as usually its tough! This stuff melted in our mouths! The baby back ribs fell off the bone and the pulled pork was awesome without the sauce and out if this world with it! The slaw was great and baked beans with chunks of meat in it! Oooh I wish I lived closer!

The best ribs and pulled pork in Blythewood! Highly recommend!

Pound for pound the best BBQ ribs and brisket around

I met the Crouts a few years ago competing against Tony in BBQ competitions and they have become friends. I tell everyone about his restaurant because he serves quality BBQ to everyone! I eat here myself and recommend trying their food if you're anywhere near Blythewood on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Doko Smoke makes us true BBQ Pitmasters proud.
