Great young man greeted us at the counter and gave us a few recommendations as we had never been there before. We had some chicken sandwiches and chicken strips. Everything was very good. We ate in the restaurant which was the only disappointing thing about our visit. It was colder than the artic in that place. All the employees were even wearing jackets or coats.

This is my second best location out of 4. The one in Walterboro, SC just plainly sucks lately. This one however, no matter what time you go in the day; You will get the same service.

Drive thru. They didn't give us utensils or napkins. Food was good though.

The service at this Zaxby's is way above the normal fast food experience. I found myself in a tough situation and the manager was not only willing to help, but happy to do so! One of those fun...left purse at home situations. Recommend this Zaxby's 100% for family and friends. Lunch or dinner.

Waited at the drive thru for at least 10mins before I could even place my order. Was asked, after paying, to pull up to spot 1 and my order would be brought to me shortly. I sat in this spot for 20 mins. Walked inside to ask about my order. Waited another 10mins. The young lady that handed my order to me was apologetic and added an extra side to my order for the wait. Think maybe they're just a little under staffed. Other than the wait, they were good.

Good food and service when I stopped for lunch. There seems to be an issue with corporate not supporting their franchises in this region though. There were multiple puddles of water on the floor from the AC system, there was cooking equipment in the back that said "out of order, work order placed," and the coke machine was not mixing any of the sodas correctly.

I think they had a new kid working. I saw a manager giving some hints. When my order was wrong. But, I do have an unusual one. That's why I checked. Place was clean. Food was good. Fast food with a small bump up. Everyone was ready to help. And I was satisfied.

The line was wrapped around the building but I'll just blame covid. I waited patiently and it was well worth the wait. Idk what crew was on that night but great job! All of my food was fried to perfection and hot. I dropped a plate to my sister and she text me the next day and said that Zaxby's was amazing! So thank you for making the wait worthwhile!
