i’m seeing a lot of reviews about how bad the service is but we didn’t have an issue at all. she checked on us several times. anyways, now for the food part. i got a southern helles lager and it was pretty good. my chicken sandwich was decent but i think i’d try something else next time (it had a lot of sauce for my taste). my husband said his burger was delicious. if i’m close by again in the future i’ll definitely come back!

Southern Barrel is a great little place for a good beer, food, and music. Right now I’m loving their fall beer, Low Down Brown. It’s literally heaven in a glass! Delicious 😋

Always a good time, dog friendly (outside seating), food is always terrific, and the beer selection is always top-notch! The chicken sandwiches and fries are delicious!

The Classic Burger is the best in town - likely the best I've ever had! My husband and I asked for our fries well done and they delivered. Service from Carissa G. was exceptional! Great place to eat. We split a huge pretzel appetizer with beer cheese. Then had a classic burger cooked medium to perfection. The only complaint I would have, one of the waitresses was wearing spandex shorts and it was not fun watching her pull the legs of shorts down to get rid of wedgies on the front and back. Very unprofessional and slightly disgusting.

Loved this stop on our trip home! Firstly, top marks for location/ambiance. Lots of parking and a great size to accommodate patrons.
Service was fantastic, very friendly with recommendations and thoughtful of tastebuds when it came to the honey with ghost pepper dust.
We tried 5 beers and they were all tasty- absolutely no funky ones in the bunch.
You should definitely give them a go!

This is an easy 5 star review. We stopped in for an afternoon brew and snack. Our first time there so we got a flight and we each found our favorite for the future.
The big fat pretzel with cheese was a perfect pairing with the beer.
Very impressed by the staff working together and our server Natalia was personable, helpful, and energetic.
We will be here again for sure.

Fantastic all around. Outdoor seating. Great service. Good food if a bit pricey, but everything is increasing in price, eh? Beer was good -- a standout was their Ghost Belgian which tasted like a much higher ABV than it was. May run back in for merch since we're not from the area and love to collect from breweries.

12 different beers on tap - all very different to accommodate your palates. 10 oz & 16 oz pours. Mug club for the locals.
Seating inside & outside. Inside also has an event room. Sit at high top, regular chairs or the bar.
Brewing done on site.
Food is flavorful and filling. Waffle sweet potato fries, burger & nachos with pulled pork will FILL YOU UP.
Nice music over the speakers & at least 3 different sports channels on at the same time.
