Domino's Pizza

Ordered delivery for an early dinner… 90 minutes later the driver calls because he’s lost. After giving directions, the food arrived missing the salad!! Pizza and pasta were cold and had to be reheated. Called the restaurant to get the missing salad resolved and waited on hold a total of 15 minutes, at which point I decided to visit the store personally the next day. I would have given a one-star rating had the pasta not been tasty. Won’t be using this place again & wont recommend it if asked!!! Disappointing!!!

Crystal went above and beyond to make the first night of our vacation amazing. We weren’t aware that our cabin is so far from the nearest Walmart, and we arrived and didn’t have and groceries. We called as they were closing and Crystal asked the DM if they could deliver to us once we explained our situation. The DM delivered our food, and the food really hit the spot after a long drive. Thank you for providing such awesome customer service!

Thank you soooo much Crystal and the DM of this store! I am on a retreat with friends and we checked in pretty late. Not realizing how far into the mountains we were going to be... we arrived and had no food close to grab. We spoke with Crystal right before closing and was able to place an order. The DM brought the food to us well after the store closed. They were a lifesaver and after being in a car all day this food was just what we needed! Thank you again fot such excellent customer service!!!

This store use to be great. Wouldn't hardly go anywhere else in town for pizza. Now I think I might start going anywhere else. One of the times before tonight I was put on hold for over an hour and ended up ordering my pizza inside the store just to realize they left the phones off the hook. Got my pizza and was still on hold just to see if they would ever answer. Tonight though was worse. I got a immediate answer, which was a shock for me, finished my order and was told there was a 50 minute hold time and I was fine with that. I showed up an hour later just in case and it wasn't even in the oven yet. Kinda annoyed I went home and drove back out an hour later and it was still not even in the oven. I wasted two hours of my time and they haven't even started cooking it yet. I ended up having to get me and my kids Mccdonalds cause it was the only thing still open after 9.

Very disappointed. Ordered 2. First time it took almost an hour to get the food, which in turn was almost lukewarm at best. Supposed to fix but link doesn't work to do that even though it says I did (still nothing) tried a second time and was so totally upset I didn't even eat. Chicken bites was not there! Spent 25 for what? Of course no answer when I called and still nothing when I did survey. Wont happen again. First time was Awesome so what happened? Pics are of the 2 orders of chicken bites. Worth $25 to you?
