Subway

Went in to get 8 subs for my family before we went to knobels. There were 2 people ahead of us and nobody behind us and the guy at the counter got frustrated when we said we’re ordering eight subs. We get them made and check if they’re right in the car and ones missing toppings and they completely forgot to make the other sandwich. So we go back in to get it the other sandwich and get the one we have fixed and the guy starts freaking out that he’s going to walk out because they have two customers in line. So we left and took our business elsewhere but i just want to say how pathetic it was I work in food service and the line was not long at all if anything it was manageable if the dummy’s behind the counter would relax. All i have to say is don’t apply for a job if you don’t have what it takes to simply make a sandwich lol

Ordered online Sunday , August 22,2021. While waiting , noticed 1 being made wrong. Brought it to her attention and she gets huffy and mad. I'm sorry reading an order was so difficult for you and you thought it should be made "your" way. She is in the wrong business , maybe something with smaller words. Not to mention 1 was made twice and the other was wrong .

This is a well run establishment. The employees here make the difference. There was one guy who was personable and went out of his way to make my experience positive. He was joking politely with customers and encouraging folks from a tour bus to come over and enjoy a freshly made sandwich. The managers or owners should be thankful for him. I don't recall his name but he has a shiny grill.

I am never happy with the employees here but the food is always standard subway food. Yesterday though my Mom got a ham 6 inch and it had one slice of provolone on it. Also the employees didnt have any regular italian bread at 12 on a Sunday and instead of letting folks know they would just ask them what kind of bread they wanted then tell them that they wont have that for another hour. Maybe better training for the workers.
