3rd time this week that walk-in order on app was shut off before 8am, drive-thru is extremely slow. Almost always forgets whipped cream. Often forgets to add stuff to drink that was ordered (espresso shot, flavor shot, sugar)
their online options don’t show all the donuts, half the time i order thru the app it’s incorrect- pick up is supposed to be quicker and easier for customers but it’s more of a hassle when your order isn’t correct 95% of the time. walk in options are never open so why list it as an option to choose?
I would give you 5 stars… but the ginger with the glasses at the counter needs an attitude check. Every time I go she’s miserable. No one is forcing you to work honey… do better😘

Tracy was working the drive thru and she was a straight up rude. Huffed and puffed like taking my order was beneath her. I understand right now Dunkin is shorthanded and hiring anyone and everyone but train the people better in customer service and reprimand your employees!!
food the same as any other dunkin. the drive thru is incredibly SLOW! Must cars in front of me getting a coffee donut almost 5min wait per car.
the people that work here do not care, and are violently lazy. Bacon egg and cheese without bacon. In the past 5 times we’ve gone they continue to mess our orders up and they aren’t difficult straight off the menu. Just ridiculous.
