Domino's Pizza

Don’t bother calling this place, they are very unprofessional. I called to ask what their special was for the pizzas and right away they told me to hold. They had me on hold for a really long time. By the time they picked up the phone again they asked me again what did I need. I asked them the same question and again right away they told me to wait again. When they picked up the phone for the third time I told them that was very unprofessional and all of a sudden they said they couldn’t hear me. How is that possible???? What a coincidence. So I decided to call another pizzeria instead, and they took care of my order right away.

Very rude and mess't up my order and got hung up on when I was going to say something ..... the lady said oh we are going to call u back in then she hurry up and said it's on the way...... made no sense since my pizza was obviously not made...... Very unprofessional I definitely do not recommend making a huge order with them obviously there not ready for that .... Let's leave that to the big dogs next time go to anywhere else but Domino's for ur huge orders because there not ready for that....

This is the first time I have had a very bad experience, I am writing this because it was during a weekday, and the pizza arrived cold. It took longer than the approximate time given and even 30 minutes past that time. I was only offered a 20 percent discount or 60 points towards my pizza profile which is simply not good enough.

It’s actually a zero stars.. ordered pizza for delivery at 4:26pm it’s currently 7:26pm and still no pizza. I’m tracking order and it reads “complete”. I only ordered 2 medium pepperoni pizzas and a Sprite. (Simple. No special order)I called to ask how much longer and only reply was wait a couple more minutes. What does that even mean??!!!

Pizzas good delivery is always on time but every time I order the habanero sand which they never put the habanero sauce on it. I’ve called and always speak to two employees before I can speak to the manager and even the manger has given me attitude and acted as if I’m trying to get free stuff which I’m not just what I paid for.
