Ordered food but could not pay.. there was an issue with their card reader and no one was able to explain what was going on since they didn't speak or understand English well. I called my bank to verify that this was not an error on my part and they said there was a problem with the store's system. This is something that these stores need to remedy if they are going to offer contactless pay options

I am writing this review as I have ordered from this location 5 times in the past year (since I moved here). Of those 5 times I ordered, I received the correct order. The other three times the orders I received and paid for were incorrect, the burgers had the condiments that I ordered them not to have, and the large fries in each order were about 2/3 full. My most recent experience was today about 30 minutes ago, I had waited in line in the drive through for roughly 10-15 minutes and when I was finally able to place my order, the person taking my order kept getting everything wrong and ultimately closed the order with 3 items I didnt want with everything incorrect on the double quarter pounder meal I was attempting to order. I ended up driving away as I did not want to waste potentially 30 minutes or more attempting to fix an order that should have been completed correctly the first time. After that, I spent 10 minutes driving to Wendy's where they got my order correct with no hassle. I will never go to this location again, and I would not recommend this McDonalds location to anyone else.
