I thought the store closed at 9:00PM, I showed up at 8:40PM and the door was locked, they were cleaning the line down early and I could hear the loud rap music from outside the store. Very unprofessional closing early. I could have went to another location and actually got my sandwich but I wasted my time coming here...

I order an unwich with specific ingredients. It arrived nice and fast but was missing half of what I had asked for and had ingredients I hadn’t asked for. I called to get my order fixed was told that it was correct but they would give me a credit for next time. I said I cannot eat what was delivered and would like a new sandwich. They retook my order and said they would deliver it. 40 minutes later I still did not have my sandwich. I called back and was told that per my order history it had been done correctly the first time. I reiterated that it was not and told them to bring me a new sandwich or I would call my card company and claim it as a fraudulent charge. I was told to calm down. I was told that they had my signed receipt. (Which doesn’t matter as my signature is a contract between me and Jimmy Johns for a specific service I was clearly not getting). I reordered my sandwich and was told that it would be delivered right away. The delivery guy didn’t wait around. He practically threw my sandwich at me and left. When I opened my sandwich it was still wrong. I am done. This was my first and last time ever ordering food from this company. Rude employees. And atrocious customer service.
