I love coming to this Caribou location. The evening shift manager Elise, is so friendly and you can tell she enjoys working with the customers in her store. She provides great service. I continue to come back for my cold press and the friendly service.

Made the painful mistake of ordering to the wrong caribou and employee still honored my drink from the app. Excellent!

Store was suppose to open @530a. I’m knocking on the door @536a (check the cameras). I’m ignored. I walk around to the drive thru where an employee is helping a driver. I say, “lobby is suppose to open @530a.” She replies, “yes, we were busy. We’ll get to it shortly.”
First of all this remark doesn’t make sense. Store opens when it’s indicated. Again, check cameras.
My coffee was good. But what a poor excuse in the A.M to not open the doors when you are suppose to with 3 employees there and two cars in drive thru. No ma’am, you are not busy. Just lagging behind.
