Auntie Anne's

2022-06-25: According to Google Maps, Auntie Anne’s in College Mall closes at 9pm on Saturdays. When I visited at 8:15pm, both Auntie Anne’s and College Mall were closed. 2022-06-22: I tried both the original pretzel bites and the pepperoni pretzel bites. I prefer the former. 2022-06-15: I visited Auntie Anne’s in College Mall this afternoon. I tried to buy a small cup of pretzel nuggets. This is on the menu. But the pretzel nuggets on display were already in large cups. I asked can you move them to a small cup instead? No, they cannot.

Stopped by to get some regular pretzel nuggets with my mom and they told us they didn’t have any made. the lady with dark brown hair putting pretzels in the oven gave us a really dirty/angry look and snapped back and said it’s going to be awhile.. we said we didn’t mind the wait. And she rolled her eyes... not very friendly service..

Went today at 7 and asked for a big bucket and employee who was on the phone in a video call said I can’t give you that we’re about to close within few minutes (the mall closes at 9) and said she can only serve what’s in front. Bad service Doesn’t taste good either. We have been to a different location which has excellent service and tasted way better.

They had pretzels available (11:25am) in the case today today and said they weren't open for another 10 mins because they had to fill the case completely.. Went back later (12:05) and still waited another 10 minutes with one person in front of me. All around it's been not so good lately. The customer service is ridiculous and down rite rude. I understand short staffed and overwhelmed but my lanta.!

Today I noticed the person preparing the pretzels texting on her phone with and without gloves then immediately continuing with food prep. Nasty and unsanitary - I hope the restaurant inspection catch this soon. Update 7/10/2021 - the service at this location STILL stinks. As mentioned in recent comments they are slow and rude. There were 8 people in front of me 2 groups of 4. The guy waited on 3 of 4 in the first group then 10 minutes later waited on the 4th person. The second group of 4 in front of me left without ordering. After he waited on the 4th person he went back to making pretzels like there wasn't a line of 8 people including me. I asked if he was going to wait on others he said after he was done making pretzels and the girl said if we don't make pretzels there is nothin to serve. The guy had made 10+ cups of mini pretzels and there were 6 big pretzels in the case and he was still making mini cups. I told them I was going to contact HQ to complain and he said "go ahead and waste your time doing so" ... the girl said if you don't like the service then go somewhere else - so I left they don't deserve my business.
