Visited this a few weeks ago. My best friend had went to one near her base in Reno and highly recommended it. On the date we went they were under-staffed and because of that it wasn't a great experience. My food tasted excellent, although, I was extremely hungry. However, the others in my party were not happy with their food--food was cold, items not cooked properly--and again a lot of that was just due to staffing and waiter/waitress trying to cover more tables on a Saturday in December. I worked in retail during the holidays, so I chose grace on this one and gave it three stars.

Wife had to send her tri tip back because the medium-well she ordered came out as medium-rare. Came back out as a medium at best. She didn't want to send it back again, so I ended up eating it. My chicken sandwich was roughly 1/3 the size of the bun and was mainly fat and connective tissue. Waitress was sweet and tried to fix any issues. So the stars I give are due to her, otherwise it would have been a 1 star review for sure.

Tonight was my worst experience at Bjs.
I wanted my steak medium well and my son wanted his medium. We needed up switching steaks and sending back to get cooked more because they were undercooked.
I never got butter for my baked potato.
Had to ended up asking for our cookies/ice cream to go as my 1 year old was ready to go.
I ordered a tro of the cookies.. 1 should of been the strawberry shortcake.. but didn't get any strawberries with it. My son asked for the oreo cookie one.. but ended up with the triple chocolate with no oreo taste at all.
And I had to ask for boxes to take home our food at least 3 times.

For being such a highly rated restaurant, BJ’s can NEVER get anything right. Ever. Our orders aren’t complicated, and I even called them 15 minutes before picking up the order to remind them of something as simple as putting an onion on a burger, or putting ketchup packets in the bag. Not that hard. I’ve ordered from BJ’s more than 5 times. Each time was incorrect, and items that I paid for were not received.
What’s actually quite comical about their orders: They have a checklist that they’re supposed to check of TWICE to see if the order is correct. Apparently these aren’t used. Get it together.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Order is always inconsistent and management is very dismissive. One time I was double charged for my order and had to dispute it through my credit card company. I have ordered here many times and every time they get the order wrong. One time I ordered a salad and they gave me 3 croutons and 4 small pieces of lettuce. This last time I had ordered a pizza, after an hour of being assured that "it will only be a few more minutes" they told me that the pizza wasn't even started. I asked for a cancellation and a receipt and the manager begrudgingly did so. Don't order from here if you expect to get your meal before the restaurant closes.

The waitress is good but the food was terrible Most of it came out burnt or underdone, Alfredo noodles were spaghetti noodles and had gray noodles in it, never got a beer that tryed to charge us for. Then the manager got made at the waitress for coming to get him so we could talk to him.
