Oh my heck! I had the great pleasure of getting a wonderful meal prepared for me at Windy city wieners in downtown Bloomington yesterday. They have hands-down, the best impossible burger ever!!! In addition, they have such good quality food, a magnificent menu, and extremely reasonably prices! I will be going back to visit again this week!

Ordered take out. Ordered 2 chicken wraps which were very large and really good. Also Ordered 2 large fries... should have ordered 1 to split as there were a lot of fries. It may have been a tad pricey however the food was hot and fresh and more than filling!

Windy City Wieners - Great Hot Dog shop located in downtown Bloomington, IL. Their first original location opened in the 1900s. This location has been open 9 years, with a possible 3rd location opening up soon. Great food, lots of choices on the menu. Just remember, no ketchup on the hot dogs. Very nice and helpful owner. Parking is a little tough. Parallel curbside parking, but I'm sure on a nice day, you can park and walk from some where close while visiting the area. It's a small, but nice restaurant located about 2 shops over from a taco stand. My biggest praise... If your having a Gyro, it has to be meat from off the spit that turning. Not frozen strips. I had a Gyro, and split an Italian beef. Both were excellent. Great place...A+. 👍

Polish sausage was very tasty & they had some of the best fries I’ve ever had in life lol, perfectly seasoned, crispy, they were overly delicious.

What fun dogs!! Quick stop to get a light lunch and it was good. We enjoyed all of the items we ordered. Chicago style dog was fun……not being from Chicago, I thought it was a good rep of the style. The butter garlic fries were fun and interesting.
