I just came in around 9:15 and had to friendliest interaction. I work at a restaurant myself and am very appreciative of great customer service. I came in about 45 minutes till close so like most restaurants will be at that time they were out of a few things. It wasn’t an issue to me at all as I get it but the man making my order was very sincere about his apology and even offered me double of my other topping to make up for it. I chose to leave a $7 tip because I appreciated his attitude so much and he once again was so appreciative and asked me if I was sure I didn’t want a drink or any chips. 10/10 experience at this Chipotle, I will be back.

Burrito is what i get everytime I go which isn't a lot but sometimes when I get the chicken it tastes really wet, like there's no thickness to it and I've gotten pretty mean looks from some of them to so I wouldn't say it's the most comfortable experience but most of the time the food is good.

Ingredients are fresh, steak bowl was really good. I couldn't hear the employees when they were asking what I wanted. I don't go often and was basically clueless.

I'm not always the biggest fan of Chipotle, but if every Chipotle was like this location I would be a huge fan. The service is great. The portions were great. The ingredients were very fresh. I had such a great experience, I ate at this location for lunch 2 days in a row just to see if it was a fluke.

Very satisfied with the food quality. First time I'd ever been to Chipotle. However, if you've never been, it's an assembly line setup like your typical sub sandwich shops. I suggest ordering online or at least getting familiar with the menu options online before ordering in person. I know guacamole is an additional charge from viewing the online menu. They also warned me it was an additional charge when I ordered in person which I appreciated. Very clean inside. Bathrooms are clean and non gendered if that matters to you.

Chipotle Chips with Hot Sauce are my favorite snacks when I’m out . Their hot sauce is spicy enough for an Indian. Their chips taste awesome as well. That’s the only thing I have tried so far in the Chipotle .
However, the reason for 4 star is, the packer at this restaurant , didn’t put the lids properly on 2 cups of our hot sauce, due to which we lost 1 cup of hot sauce eventually. May be it’s the fault with the lids. Would appreciate if this is checked with the cups and lids and the packers are trained accordingly.

Chipotle has always been one of our favorite restaurants to go too, especially in a pinch! Located in near downtown Bloomington with a lot of different amenities around the area and stores, it's a great place to be able to go ahead and get a quick bite and go on your Merry way for shopping. We were just wrapping up a five plus our trip, and actually this is a good stop before we head home to Peoria Illinois.
This restaurant was very clean, Stafford very friendly, service was extremely quick, and they even helped us carry our food outside so we can enjoy the fresh air.

We always enjoy the burritos at Chipotle. The quality of their food does not disappoint.
And we must always pick off hours to stop by, because it's never terribly crowded when we've been here. However, the ordering line has yet to be comfortable. Cannot put my finger on why that is.
The bathrooms are in the far, as in very far, back area of the building. I'd be very uncomfortable coming alone and leaving anything at a table while I used the restroom.
Very open feel inside, with high ceilings. Not crazy about the seating, however. Both chairs and tables feel too cold and industrial to relax and be comfortable for any amount of time.
Pricing always ends up higher than expected. You can pay less at similar places. We still like the quality better at Chipotle.

I loved this place. The food is so good, you get a large portion, and for a reasonable price. We were on a road trip, just passing through, and decided to stop here. It was a good decision. The workers were friendly and helpful and I would definitely go here again.
