The pizza from this Papa John's is ALWAYS delicious and cooked to perfection. I never have to wait a long time like the other Papa John's I've been to. Whoever is managing this store is doing a fantastic job! 👏

Food quality was great they make fresh dough. Ingredients were fresh and quantity was good. however breadsticks are not as good as pizza hut

The Papa John's on 1407 N Veterans Pkwy, Bloomington does a real good job. They rarely get our order wrong and they are fast and courteous and I don't really care for their pizza but my daughters love it...lol

Well done doesn't mean burnt but besides that happening a couple times it great and the staff is very friendly. And to be fair we get a lot of pizza from there and 2 out of 20 wrong isn't a bad record.

I ordered via the online website for delivery last night but was hesitant at first because of the many negative reviews. I'm glad I did not heed them, however, because I was surprised by excellent service and pizza exactly the way I ordered it. The delivery driver was especially polite, and I regret not getting their name so that they may be recognized for it. My food arrived within the estimated window the website gives when you place an order. I will order from this store again in the future.

I am redoing my review because since getting new management and better people in place their customer service reliability and quality has greatly improved and we are currently buying most of our pizzas from Papa Johns and enjoying the pizza we love right the first time and if it is not they take care of it.
