That’s my 10.00 sub that she so kindly told me she gives raises for ppl that make subs that way. My daughter was also hired worked 2 3 hour shifts they called her at her job said she wasn’t a fit an fired her so I reached out they said I forced my daughter is what Vicky the store manager told the general manager when in fact the store manager replies to me with her preformance is what got her fired you didn’t even give the child with disabilities a chance for her first job never will I give them my money or support an will be going after the company I hope people see what kind of business owners an mangers they hire an stop going give other companies your money that are kind an actually make food correctly

I normally never complain and I really have a ton of respect for people who work in the service industry...especially now when everyone is so short on help. But I had such a horrible experience I felt I needed to share. I didn't even want to give one star. I ordered a sub and paid on the app. When I got there no sub, and they wouldn't even look at my receipt. The extremely rude woman working said if it didn't print there they couldn't make it even though I clearly had the receipt showing what I ordered, when, where, and that I had paid for it. She was very nasty about it. If that is truly their policy and she would have apologized for not being able to help I would have been fine but as rude as she was it was beyond frustrating. I'll never go back.

NOT EVEN A ONE STAR!!!This was horrible and they have lost my business. I am allergic to onions so I ordered my sandwich with basic cucumber, green pepper, cheese, salt and pepper and parmesan. My husband's sandwich had onions, banana peppers, and all sorts of things. He drove 25 mins to get our sandwiches and got home. I checked the receipt and everything is correct as I ordered it. We opened our sandwiches and his sides were on my sandwich his had mine I called and they had no other option but to bring back the sandwiches and make new ones. Another hour for sandwiches. I do not think so. No offer for free sandwiches and the girl lied to me saying the ticket came back and I stopped her as I had the receipt with exactly what I ordered. WHAT A JOKE!!! People have allergies and they can be fatal should not have to drive back give me some free sandwiches!!! Duhhh

Subs were great but the service was beyond horrible. I’ve never experienced someone being so rude to a customer. The boy who was taking my order was quite rude and rolled his eyes multiple times. It wasn’t until one of the girls took over that I felt like I was a valued customer and even then I couldn’t push past how rude the boy was. I honestly have no words to describe how horrible that experience was I do know that I will no longer be stopping into the bloomer subway and that’s the only one I was willing to walk through the door and actually get food from. But that will not happen ever again. An experience like that really changes your look on a corporation.
