Review Sonic Drive-in - Blanchard

We’ve grown pretty accustomed to the ineptitude of this particular store in Blanchard Oklahoma. I just stopped eating there altogether because you can never get your whole order correctly or they have you sitting for close to an hour. My son however has taken a liking to the crispy chicken sandwich he ordered at another location that isn’t owned and operated by useless people. Today when we went by and got his sandwich because we’re in a hurry to get back to school for band practice. He rushed into eating and got a good chick of it down before noticing it was RAW!! Raw!!! Do not walk away from this place RUN as fast as you can. I’ve attached photo eveidence with the receipt so they can’t lie and say it wasn’t them. These people are monsters and don’t care about who they get sick or possibly kill! I mean you have timers on every fryer!! How do you serve raw chicken!!!

Ordered ahead, and when we checked our bag it was missing our onion rings. We hit the red button and were informed that they were out of onion rings (but had charged us for them anyway). They offered to bring out some cheese sticks as a replacement. After about thirty-five more minutes, and us calling back twice to be told we had been forgotten each time, we finally received them....

Blanchard sonic sucks...I go there every sunday...order the same thing...and every Sunday it's wrong and my burger is always cold...I didn't go last Sunday so I'm thinking I'll just find a different Sunday ritual...the Chinese food in blanchard is always good

Last time I spend my money here. Never again will I come to this Sonic location. Half their kiosks do not work, and they seriously cannot make a drink order correctly. I order here 2-5 times a day on the app. At least a third of my drinks are wrong. I almost always order the same thing. Unsweet tea, extra ice, extra mango flavor. They either do not put flavor in, or give me half ice, some times no flavor and half ice. Sometimes they’ll use sweet tea and then screw up the rest of the drink in various combinations. Sometimes I’ll order a Dr. Pepper regular ice. And they’ll put no ice at all!!!! Like 🤬 is going on there. Now their phone is off the hook and has been for hours.

This Sonic has a fenced in playground!!. We park and eat and then the kids get to play. The staff is nice and fast servicE. Don't forget to tip your waitress/waiter. My kids beg to stop here often just because of the playground alone. They have a shaded sitting area.

I waited at the ordering place in the drive thru for five minutes and nobody was taking my order so I assumed they were busy, I went into one of the parking spots and hit the button and waited another ten minutes only for it to completely reset.

Our Sonic has gone down hill. Service could be alot better

Went yesterday ordered a Chicken Slinger. Took the first bite looked at the Slinger it was raw chicken. People beware… I will never eat at Sonic again. This morning I am still grossed out.

I’ve lived out here for five years now and literally every time I come here they are always slow. Today I sat in two different stalls waiting for someone to take my order after pushing the button 3 times each and sitting for 45mins total. Get your crap together. If this wasn’t the only decent place to grab something small I definitely wouldn’t come back.

This sonic is always good and fast! My only complaint is my heath bar custard concrete only had heath on the top. The rest was vanilla ice cream �

I guess this sonic thinks they can do a half ass job literally on every order because they have no in town competition �

We pulled up at 10:55 to get a .99 cent large drink. My husband push the button to order. The girl took someone’s order first, who came pulling in after us. By the time she took our order the clock turned to 11 and refused to give us the discounted drink. The manager on duty said it’s 11 now, we can’t do it. I have tried to give our business to Blanchard. Not anymore!

Horrible service .. can't get orders straight then they act like it's your fault.. need new management.

This location has the worst employees I ever seen. These kids don't listen to the customers for what they want. I'm always asking for extra thin Shakes, & I'm always getting extra thick Shakes. Do they understand English or what. I have to go to this one bcz I live here in Blanchard, but if I lived to a closer one I would go to it, or if another restaurant with a drive-thru was closer & as cheap then I would go that company instead.

Ok. This is the 3rd time I've gotten tator tots with cheese. This is also the 3rd time they have looked like the cheese is barley there (not enough). I'll post a pic.

I went and my sister and I made a large order handed them a 20$ bill and 40 cents change and they ask if we wanted it cuz "who wants .40 cents and besides he didn't get a tip from us..." I'm sorry but no matter if it's 1 penny or a million you ALWAYS GIVE BACK MY CHANGE! if I want to tip you I will and asking or demanding a tip means you won't get one. I go to highway 9 which is out if the way so I don't have to go to Blanchard and it's out of my way

I always get sweet Tea with extra ice , it's always right. Thanks. .

I just want to say a big thank you to sonic in Blanchard anytime we call and ask for anything for PTO they always are willing to help our teachers in our school so thank you so much for everything you do for our teachers

I've always gotten good service. Sure now and then, they may make a mistake, but everyone does and they have always made things right. Remember folks, a lot of the people working here are high school kids, everyone has to start somewhere.

Horrible service! Stopped in to get dinner (order #1013) with my niece and my son and not only didn't get our entire order but also was served at the stalled by a very impatient young man that could've cared less about being there today. I shouldn't have to check my order everytime I come in, THAT IS LITERALLY YOUR FREAKING JOB!!! I will never come back to this location, ever again!!

It wouldn't let me give them a zero. We were traveling through and stopped in for dinner. Should've kept driving. The girl taking the order was rude and didn't complete or order. We had to call back. Then it was wrong anyway. The car hop was nice. While we were waiting a was asking every if they ordered shakes and saying he didn't know where they went. They were having an ice fight inside. Keep driving.

Probably the slowest sonic in the state. Plus ask for ALLLL OF YOUR CHANGE BACK. I guess the new thing is to ASSUME that people dont want back couns just bills. Happened THREE times had t ask for ALLLL of our change back. Lucky they have NO COMPETITION in Blanchard, or they would be hurting.

I hate this Sonic and never like to come here. I never get sauces in the bag. EVER! I went today and got no sauces. I went on Saturday the 26th and got two Ultimate Burrito's and one Bacon Croissant. Paid for it with my card and everything. And then they call back and say they're out of croissant bread and that Madison the lady taking my order didn't tell me like she was supposed to. The lady who came out was Hannah and she was so nice. I think she was the sweetest person I've ever met. Anyway then I get my order refunded because of no bacon croissant and got 3 ultimate burritos instead. When I get my food and get home and start eating on of the burritos I noticed all there was inside the burrito was egg and cheese. I was very upset. Never eating at this sonic again.

This Sonic is pretty busy. Their service is quick. In saying that, I think they need to slow it down a bit and make sure they are sending out quality food. The hot dogs are tough. Chili gross. I ordered cheese tater tots. Got home and they didn't have cheese on them. We need the businesses to stay here. I hope the managers take time to read the reviews. If you know them, please suggest that they do.<br/><br/>Ok. It is now a year after my first post on the Sonic in Blanchard. Nothing has improved. Ordered a coney. Weiner tasted like rubber. Ordered cheese tator tots. Got home and the tator tots had chili on them. I tasted and threw them in the trash. There aren't many places to eat here, but just thinking about eating Sonic again makes me want to puke!

Blanchard Sonic is the Absolute Worse Sonic in the Country. Everything is Horrible at This Sonic. Hot dogs. hard, cold and awful. malts are horrible. every time they are just a cup of melted runny cream. hamburgers are tough and taste old. nastiest chili ever.

Nasty!!!! Nothing else to say. How do these people stay in business with a business model of selling cold nasty food. How is it possible to go to a fast food place at 12pm and get cold food that was cooked hours ago? I don't get it guys. You must not care about selling your community decent food. Maybe the community will wake up someday and quit caring about you.....

Gross. They drinks are good, if they get it right. The food is premade, taste like it has been sitting a LONG Time. But they do have a cool playground and volley ball area.

We eat there sometimes. Only because it's one of the few places in Blanchard to eat and open later than 8. Food usually wrong. A lot of times it's not fresh. Usually only go during happy hour for 1/2 price drinks.
