Service was good, atmosphere was nice. Great music selection. Food was mediocre, the calzone bread was very chewy and was more like a burrito than a calzone. Most likely I will not buy a calzone from here again. A better alternative is The Cellar up the street.

Not a bad place, the calzones are solid and prices are good. They are also open late, over all just your average Calhoun though, nothing to really write home about

I've only ever had their Calzones (though I hear good things about the tots). In my experience, the Calzones are some of the best in Blacksburg. The food quality is pretty good, decent ingredients. Atmosphere isn't bad, but certainly nothing special (it's reminiscent of a Pizza Hut. It tastes good, worth the money. I thought it was timely for freshly made food. I'll certainly be back.

The food here is typically good when you can get it. The problem is getting it. I have had 3 different orders now be delivered an hour after their expected arrival. When trying to call the front desk for an update or to cancel the order, no one answers the phone. I’ve sat on hold with them for over an hour in total tonight alone. Need new workers.

The worst delivery service I have ever experienced the past 5 times I’ve ordered my food has arrived 30 minutes at least after the time given to me. They also do their own deliveries so you can’t even track where your order is.

Great food the only downfall is when you order online you have to purchase sauce even if you don't want it.

If I could give negative stars I would! Ordered and waited 1 & 1/2 hrs for food. Finally called the store and was put on hold for almost 45 minutes. No one ever answered. I ended up contacting grub hub and they refunded my money and gave me credit because of this! Even the grub hub worker sat on hold for 45 minutes before we both decided that it was absolutely insane! Never will order from here again!!
