I have ate here for 6+ years. My order was way messed up they never gave me the beef chow mein I ordered. They gave me an extra peppered steak. When I call to tell them I never got it they yelled at me and argued I received it and want me not to eat the food and bring it in the next day! Will never go back there again!

Store no longer exists. Don't spend 10 minutes running around Kirkwood mall. I did it for you already. Try China Garden off N Washington street instead.

The buffet has a smaller selection but I was pleasantly surprised by flavor. I enjoyed their chicken dishes and so did my toddler. All our food was hot but some dishes weren't as fresh. We went in on Sunday about an hour before the mall closed and they were lacking in quantity in some dishes. Overall it was decent and I would recommend for a quick dinner.

I like the New Dine In set up at Grand China. Honestly My Favorite Chinese place to eat in Bismarck.

I am a regular customer at Grand China but tonight will be the last time I order. I ordered take out for pick up to get home and find several mistakes in my order. Missing two items and charged and received something I did not order. Called to try and get it sorted out. They would not deliver the missing items. They wanted me to bring the extra item back to store thay they rang in which I did not order if I wanted to be refunded for it.
"This is our managers policy". POOR customer service!!!!!!!!

The food was good! I ordered delivery for my brother and myself and was not disappointed. Everything was delivered quickly, hot, and it seemed freshly made. I'm beginning to think that some of the other reviews were nothing more than angry customers.
I've also tried out the restaurant, too. Good experience - definitely has better atmosphere than the other Chinese buffets in Bismarck.

I've been coming to grand china for years. I always come for the teriyaki chicken, pineapple chicken, noodles, and many other dishes. The manager is very nice and so is the rest of the staff. They visit with us and always remember drink and make sure we have chop sticks without asking. Which makes it feel very welcoming. However I do miss the honey chicken...
