Caribou Coffee

Fast and friendly staff every time! 2/16/2021 I stopped in again last night and my favorite barista Michael was working. He's my absolute favorite! Don't get me wrong the coffee is great but the service is even better. From the very first time that I stopped in to order coffee, he helped me decide exactly which Caribou blend I would enjoy the most. He is so pleasant and always has a smile on his face. I wanted to make sure that I gave him personal recognition because he is the reason that I prefer that location. Keep up the good work Michael! What a treat, wonderful coffee and wonderful customer service!!!!

Just stopped in to get a coffee. First went through the drivethru and sat and waited with no response, then went inside. All the employees were gathered in the store section and when I walked up to the window they shut the lights off, walked back to the group of people and continued to chat with eachother. They did not even acknowledge me. The store closes at 7 pm. I was on the inside trying to order at 6:43 pm. Very rude and unprofessional. Will be going to Starbucks from now on.

Not impressed with barista. She didn't ask for perks number. And when I ordered my "large iced tropical green tea", she asked if I wanted the "green tea lemonade or the iced tropical green tea". I really don't understand how I could have been clearer with my order. However, the drinks were made accurately and tasted good, per usual so product 10/10, customer service 4/10.

Waited for 20 minutes inside, finally was told my Southwest egg white was taking long to “get”. I left after ten more minutes because the place was overrun with customers and a clearly over worked staff that couldn’t keep up. I didn’t even bother telling staff I’m leaving. Told another customer he could have it, he was waiting quite a while as well. $11+ drink I guess and a wasted 30 minutes.
