Made order wrong. Called the Customer service line, no answer. Left a message an hour and a half later and STILL NO CALL BACK! I called the resturant directly, they remade the pizza with no apology for the error NOR would they call Door Dash to re-deliver. I called Door Dash and they transferred me to the same customer service number that still hasn't called me back or answered the phone any of the times I called. So, I was quite sick but had to go to the resturant to get my pizza... which, when I got there was WRONG AGAIN but I took it and left before I had a "Karen meltdown" in front of everyone. Two thumbs down experience for sure.

Do not order online with this store they accept 0 liability and out it all on door dash and will hang up on you if you call absolute worthless store and have had clerks here try and steal money by adding onto order price too last time i order little caesars is absolute GARBAGE in bismarck mandan avoid it at all costs

We've always had great experience at this location, but two months ago it was packed with upset customers due to incorrect orders, orders taking more than an hour to fill and orders being filled out of order. I left without ordering. I decided to give it a try last night. I walked in and the gal at the front said it would be a few minutes and walked away. After 5 minutes, someone finally came to the front and helped I and another person. When I got my pizza home it was covered in flour on the bottom. It was so bad that I literally had to wash the flour off with a wet rag. I'm not sure what has changed in the last two months, but we will no longer be eating here.

Just went there and the manager was super nice and super helpful. He was dealing with an extremely rude customer, but he remained calm and courteous. Food service industry workers SHOULD NOT have to put up with rude customers. They are not punching bags. They are human just like us. I applaud him for remaining calm and helpful through the situation. Excellent service.
