I understand that there may be a shortage of workers but this is ridiculous!! I don't usually return items to a restaurant but I'm sick of wasting money at these places.
The sandwiches was not prepared as ordered. Looked like they were just throwed 2gether by a 2 year old. Fries were very old and cold. The sweet tea was like drinking water. And only had enough tea to fill 1 medium cup. But like I said. It didn't taste like tea. Or even sugar water. Won't return to t
I will NEVER go back! The Burger that they served me had black, brown and slimy lettuce on it. It made us sick!!!! It looks like they got it out of the dumpster. Who would serve this?!?! I will never go back. So nasty we threw everything out
It's 11:35am May 8th 2022 and the door is locked? Why? Are you open or not? Theres only 2 cars in parking lot probably the employees. We decided to go next door 0.02 miles to Bojangles and there are 26 cars in the parking lot. Maybe letting travers come in to eat might boost your profits.
Traveling from out of state, stopped in for a quick breakfast.. The inside was Very clean.. customer service was outstanding. Food was fresh and delicious.. 👍👍
Woman working wouldn't even take my order, waited 15 minutes for them to fill drive-thru orders and ignore me!! Horrible finally walked out the door with nothing.
Fight broke out today between female staff members. Lots of hair pulling and clawing. One girl was left with a cut on face.

Attention franchise owners; go to your restaurant and please intervene! Your employees need proper training on inventory/ordering and customer service…bad! I have never waited 30 minutes or longer for “fast food” until I went to this place! This location is always under staffed and out of food, why!
