I never even LIKED hamburgers until I tried a bite of one at the Quarry. Now I have to get one there every month or so. In between, I have to have an occasional meatloaf sandwich, the killer mac & cheese, and the eggs benedict breakfast on a Sunday morning. Seriously, the crew in the kitchen is worthy of the best restaurant in any city on the planet. Sooooo glad they are in Bisbee!

This place rules the Bisbee scene. If you don't like the awesome food, service, music, prices, and overall atmosphere, you are a mannequin robot clone. I've never had a bad experience there. They treat everyone with respect. I will always go back.

Great food!! I have actually waited in line with several for doors to open so I could have the Bitchin BLT sandwich with avocado...mmm!!! The crew in the kitchen is busy ALL the time! Thanks Boyd! It's also a great venue for live music and Sandra & Anastasia and now Lint & Elizabeth at the bar are exceptional!! Dana, you created a gem here! You are one of the hardest working people I know. I wish you the best!

My favorite City in the World boasts this top-notch restaurant and venue. Fantastic food. Great decor and vibe. THEEE best place to see live touring bands from all over the country.

Cuisine made with passion, precision and brilliance. The food here is elegantly prepared but entirely unpretentious. American comfort food, made fresh, from scratch. Spirits: Surprisingly curated bar offering, rich in both quality and eclectic range. Dana routinely rotates in little known but exquisite small batch whiskies, vodkas etc. Also, THE Bisbee Bloody Mary, period. World class bar staff. Music. The Quarry is sort of like The Whisky in LA back when. Somehow, bands of true significance always show up, against all odds, in this tiny border town and melt faces off with music you'd pay 10x the cover for anywhere else. Dana also does the sound board when she feels it. Amazing person. Special Events: if you hear of one coming up at The Quarry, just go.

Cool little gastropub. Bit of a dive, but I love dives. Food was incredibly delicious; my only complaint is that the 'petite' sirloin came with a ridiculous amount of fries, and was clearly cooked with or over a fire that tasted of lighter fluid. We'll be back though.

Great as always! Hadn't been for while (thanks, global pandemic) but - as always - totally worth it all. Even had great service during a power outage, too. Thanks to Dana and everyone else at The Quarry for always keeping it awesome (and delicious)! Just remember, this is not a fast service establishment. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy. 🥰

Had a pretty quiet meal. I am not a big meatloaf eating person, but had the meat loaf sandwich and it was actually quite good... meatloaf was done to perfection, topped with thick strips of bacon and loads of cheese and barbecue sauce with the biggest house salad I've seen... The Quarry isn't busy on a Monday night and if your in town and looking for good service and quiet, I'd recommend giving them a try...

A very unique, welcoming and beautiful spot. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh, with extremely generous portions. My old fashioned was on point. The human who helped us and took our orders was quite courteous, thourgh, and quite pleasant. I took my parents here for dinner, we all had a good ol time, plus my fiancee had a groovy pinball experience. I would highly recommend you get on over there. Everything was lovely and pleasing.

Even without a band playing it has a great vibe with great music playing. The entire staff is amazing, super polite, and attentive. The food (Gouda Mac and cheese, hand crafted cheeseburger, with a giant side of pepper fries) was delicious. A few craft beers on tap and a decent selection of craft in cans. To round it out there is art on the walls you can look at and buy if you feel inclined to do so.
