Haute Dolci

Second time attending. Manager Neelam was very attentive, ensured we were updated whilst waiting for table. Staff polite, helpful when explaining options. The Mocha, requested extra hot, was brilliant. Very good strong flavour. Large portions. Chocolate sauce is very rich - may be worth serving on side! Lovely atmosphere, warm environment.

This is our first time at Haute Dolci Star city and it won't be our last. We was greated with a warm welcome by Neelam and she showed us to our seats and explain we could use the QR code or use the menu. Sofia took our order and our food and drinks came out really quick. Everything was tasty, the drink were made with fresh fruit and refreshing. The place is so clean and gorgeous. Thank you to everyone 👍🏾

Neelam was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure my mum and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. She double-checked about the gluten-free options that were available and was always on hand to help if needed. We couldn’t have asked for better service! The desserts were amazing too! Would definitely recommend this place! 👍🏼

I was searching for a good quality dessert restaurant after trying a few places and not being impressed. I was so pleasantly surprised in the quality of the desserts. Haute Dolce looks great and the food is amazing. We took the children here and they loved it. My wife who isn’t much of a dessert person ate the whole plate of waffles.

Very quiet when we went last time, treated my eldest to a free choc fudge cake for his birthday and sang to him too, nice relaxing and warm inside. A large portion for kids, had to take away to the next day. Revised recently and like everything else the prices have slowed increased to over £60 for a family evening out, and so I'll have to reduce the amount of times we go. Nice deserts and friendly staff

Phenomenal. Amazing. Delicious. Perfect. The ambience, the atmosphere, the décor, the service and of course the taste, all were top notch at this dessert place. A group of 10 of us visited on a Saturday night, we were seated within 3 minutes and given menu's as well as guided to view the online menu via the QR codes on the table. We picked our desserts and after a short wait they all arrived within a couple of minutes of each other, so we could all enjoy the desserts without having to wait long for everyone else to get theirs. The portion sizes were good, presentation 10/10 and the taste was heavenly. Service was very good too, constant attention by the waiting staff, all dressed and presented well, all smiles and kindness. It is an upmarket place so prices were still reasonable considering the location and the high end nature of the business. Only negative point is that they do not serve tap water, so you would have to buy bottled water if you wanted it. I know it's a few extra glasses to wash and clean but when you're spending nearly £100 on desserts, you would expect a free glass of water. But that's just me being picky. Overall, can't really fault the place. Keep up the wonderful work everyone.
