Review Little Caesars - Birmingham

Hello everyone my name is Jina. Please don't order from this store. The pizza that I had ordered was to moist, greasy, nasty and doughy. The cheese was not fully cooked nor the pizza. Top that off there was a roach in my pizza. I talked to Emma who claims to be the manager and Ella R. the worker who happens to be my cashier they told me to bring the pizza back up to the store for them to look at it to order for them to remake my pizza. I went up there with my client whom I am a caregiver to he stated that it made him sick. I asked for them to give me a hot and ready pizza or remake my pizza over and have it fully cooked and brown they told me no! I couldn't even get my money back and when I called customer service they were close. Ella stated to me that the pizza would have been ready in 10 to 15 minutes and the manager gave my client the undone pizza in 3 minutes. As I got home my client took a bite out of his second pizza and noticed a roach! Unbelievable! As customer service if our pizza is something wrong with it , it is the manager job or worker job to remake a better one for the customer especially when I paid $22.51 for my client to eat for lunch. Not urge and go back and forth with me! And with it being a roach in my pizza and them being rude about is bad customer service! Terrible! 0 stars from me! Period!!!!

Placed an order online during my lunch break. The online receipt said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited, went to the store to pick up my food, and the door is locked and no one is there. There is no way to cancel the order, tried calling, and no response. But to make matters worse, now I’m without lunch because of the long wait to make the pizza and then them being actually closed upon arrival. Outrageous. There’s no need to continue going to this location. I’ll happily make the trip to Berkley or Royal Oak moving forward.

Ordered an extra most bestest. Got it 70 minutes later. Found it strange how about 15+ of the walk-ins got the same food I ordered. Did have an argument with the manager about 50 minutes in, regarding that I was not loitering, and that I had already paid for food. Definitely one of the strangest days I've ever spent in a take out joint.

Extremely bad service. In the last three month I have been here at least once every two weeks and not once was the Pizza on time and more than once was the order messed up. Rather use little Caesar’s on 13 mile and Southfield. Reason is always the same, not enough staff, but the pick up time is given by them, so it’s just really bad management.

Placed an order online. There was no option to add or subtract anything so after the order was placed I called to ask for extra butter and parm on the crazy bread. The response from the employee… “no sorry we charge for that” To which I said okay no problem can I give you my card number and charge whatever you need to.. still the employee said no? I don’t complain a lot nor do I like to leave negative reviews but the interaction I just had was unbelievable. It’s too late to cancel my order at this point but I would if I could and I will never go back to this location. I’ve never had an issue before at any other location and the fact that I was willing to pay for it and still was told no blows my mind..

I called last week and spoke with a rep regarding my awful customer service experience and the rep got me in contact with the area manager who told me that she would be calling the store to let them know I’d be coming in for a replacement. I called said store today and the manager literally yelled at me on the phone saying “I’m not replacing this meal” “I’m not replacing this meal” and hung up on me. This is by far the most ghetto and unprofessional little Caesars in metro Detroit. I have no idea how this place is still open. It all went downhill after the pandemic when they replaced the existing staff with 8 mile trash.

Arrived to the store at 12:30 on a Thursday and the doors were locked and wouldn’t answer phones with employees inside. Also charged me extra for sauce last time when it was supposed to come with bread. Not returning & do NOT recommend.

Stood in front of a cashier who couldn't be bothered to acknowledge anyone in the store let alone take an order. First time I've ever seen a business that doesn't like making money. Left without ordering anything.
