Came to this location after they refused to take my order at the Centerpoint location. Was able to order everything with no attitudes or problem. The lady Crystal B. that was taking orders was very polite. Everyone was great, even the guys in the back! Thank you!

Drive through and Walk-In associates are always nice, smiling, knowledgeable about menu listings, and if not sure take the time to go ask or check. Pizza is always hot. If you have to wait, they instruct you where to part and asks if you mind waiting. They are so professional. I enjoy coming to this location. It is always clean too, I side and outside as well !

Was made to wait half an hour only to be told they didn't have any dough and could not fulfill any part of my order except for Crazy Bread, which was already made.
Supply chains are affecting everything and I understand this, but I could have been told upfront rather than sold something they didn't have and left waiting for no reason. I had to wait another ten minutes to receive my refund, all while watching drive thru orders being filled, presumably all for just Crazy Bread.

This building was planned all wrong when they built it in the corner. The wait fora online order was 4o min over wait time while plenty others got theirs. Granted they are always busy and was polite. So no faults on staff for real

We went here on March 19th, placed our order for pick up, but when we got there, we were told it would be a 30+ minute wait. We were told we could wait or get a refund. We chose a refund, but the woman at the window told us she needed a manager to override the transaction in order to grant our refund. She also told us a manager was not there, but she swore she would process the refund and to call back if it did not show up on our card. We were skeptical, but we literally had no choice. Our food wasn’t available (they were also out of bread apparently), and we also couldn’t be given our refund. We left, and have been calling ever since to get our refund.
It is now June 11th, and we do not have our refund for $30 worth of food we never received. The phone call never goes through; it sounds like their phone is disconnected.
All we want is our refund, but we have no way of getting in touch with this place. Once we get our refund, I will delete this review.

Not happy on the pricing board outside of the restaurant it had the three meat pizza for $8.99. then it turned it around and the gentleman who answered the drive-thru window charged me $12 when I questioned him on that he said oh yeah they just haven't changed the price yet

Terrible before 11:30. Common place to wait 15 minutes for a "hot n ready" (that's normally all they have) and be sure to tell them to slice it. The last two times I've gone they gave me unsliced pizzas.
