I really used to enjoy coming to this location but recently stopped going around the start of 2018. The location is clean and the food fresh, but I realized I was being overcharged for some items. The most recent item with which I noticed the discrepancy was their new wrap. I was given toppings consistent with the standard 6 inch veggie, but was charged more than $7 (tax included at “sale” price). I imagine they’ve worked out the kinks since then as this was a new offering, but as a nationwide food chain, I would expect some uniformity and better familiarity with the products and associated prices prior to introducing it to customers.

The ladies who took our order and made the sandwiches were absolutely wonderful. They were 5 minutes from closing but they acted as though it was lunch time. And...they made really great Subway sandwiches. WoW! Will definitely go back again to this Subway.

The employees were very unprofessional and uncoordinated. Normally there is a sign on the door telling customers to use the other door but the staff purposely did not put the sign up because they were tired of making sandwiches. Then they had the nerve to have the other door locked while customers where still inside. I thought they were closed, so I tapped on the window to tell them to turn the open sign off. The employees ignored me, bu
but a lady in line told me to use the other door and she let me in. It was 3 people in front of me. 2 salads and a lady ordered 3 subs. I was in there for 36 mins to be exact. While in line customers where walking up to the locked door thinking they were closed and the staff just looked and made no effort in letting them know that they were open for another hr. It was absolutely ridiculous.

Usually I have a great experience but the last time I was there the manager was a beast!! Telling the girl that was fixing my sandwich to only put 6 pickles and six peppers on my foot long. Anything more is a waste and they didn't have any thing to waste and if she caught anyone doung otherwise what she would do.

Although I have Frequently visited this particular location and have never had a issue. But Today was Totally Different. I ask for a Salad with Spinach and light Lettuce. I asked for my Spinach to be chopped. Instead of using the Chopping Bowl this Young Lady Proceeds to just tear it in her hands. I asked was this how you are going to chop it. Age replied "Yeah". I could clearly see 90 percent of my Spinach was not chopped. I said Yesterday she used the bowl. She shakes her head and then pours it in the chopping bowl barely chopping uttering things under her Breath. Needless to say I just walked out. I won't be returning if she's on duty.

I was not satisfied with the service that i received during my last visit. They were rude and unattentive. The guy seemed to have a very sarcastic attitude the entire time. Had the sandwich not been for my auntie who is immobile at the time, I would've left.

They have some very disrespectful employees and a shift manager that lets them be disrespectful . Should fire the whole damn crew . Asked for white bread , little lady says white or flat , I said white and white and flat doesn’t even sound the same , she said I should speak so people can understand me , things started getting real then , I told the manger she needs to send her little disrespectful employee home and she acted like she was scared to , so long Forestdale Subway no more me as a customer
