They were way to slow and gave me a spicy chicken instead of just crispy chicken. One worker had a drink in the food prep area which is against servesafe regulations
service was extremely poor! sat at the drive through menu for over 10 min, while the two ppl in front of me had no issue ordering. i finally pull to the window to see the employees mopping with there back to the window, i honked 3 times before being noticed. at witch time i was told my 4 door< over
The food came out late and no drinks or snack was offered because of the long wait. The bag of fries were very small and not worth 1.50. However, the staff was nice and respectful. The policies need to be changed to handle a customer's needs.

Service was incredibly slow. Food wasn't bad but I didn't expect to wait 20 minutes for fast food. I'm pretty sure they don't make salads very often either because mine was just lettuce, meat and cheese.
Would give five stars, burgers are always good. But service could definitely be faster. One occasion they pulled me up and then totally forgot about me. After 15-20 minutes I went in to get my order and they knew nothing about my order. So then I had to wait even longer for them to actually make it.
Food took 30+ minutes to get ready and everything was cold. When I was waiting, after the customer behind us who had ordered more food got theirs, I saw they just threw my burger in the microwave for a couple of seconds before giving it to me. Sad. Did I mention that there were only two customers?
