Normally... I'm not a Taco Bell person, they put good stuff out, I just have some odd aversion to their spices that just don't sit well with me. BUT... My local TB finally got on the breakfast bandwagon. I ordered a breakfast crunchwrap with bacon, and oh boy, it was crunchy deliciousness. I could easily see TB becoming my morning "go to" place, for breakfast goodies!
My wife, enjoys their other food greatly. And I will say, that at this particular Eastwood location, when we have gone through to get food for my wife, that they have always had the most pleasant people working the drive-thru! Their drive-thru speed, is simply amazing! And the orders that we've received there, are usually 90 to 95% complete and correct. And that's comparing the score of all the nearby drive-throughs around this particular Taco Bell which average between 50% to maybe 75% correct order and complete order. So you could easily see how superior this particular drive-thru service experience is.
And the food I received this morning, oh my goodness, so delicious! Every bite was perfect, had just the right amount of crunch, just the right amount of crunchy bacon, just the right amount of fluffy eggs, and delicious cheese, all wrapped in a lightly grilled flour tortilla! Everybody, that had a part in putting my order together this morning, did their job perfectly! I had napkins, utensils, condiments, I had everything that I needed to eat this on the run!

I have given this Taco Bell multiple chances because I understand being busy and understaffed. I have had 3 visits in a row with missing items, this time it was the main item of my meal which is ridiculous. Please fix these communication or attention to detail issues.

This Taco Bell has the friendliest staff. They also get my order right every time + include napkins and straw - most fast food restaurants either forget the napkins or don't give you enough.

I would honestly rate it a 0. The lady got my order all the way wrong. Her attitude was so nasty and how she messed up my order was by constantly talking g over me as I was trying to order. They need to do better and if you hate your job than quit!

How many different ways can you serve meat sauce, beans, and cheese? Looks the same coming out as it did going in,lol.

Horrendous service, wait time, and food. Have visited three times in past month, and have had the same order prepared 3 different ways with 3 different types of packaging. Clearly no processes, procedures, or training.

Short summary of my review… live mas is a lie. This is more of a complaint against “corporate Taco Bell.” You can’t say your hours are until 2am if you only take door dash orders after midnight

Not a good visit, we like taco bell.but this didn't turn out so good. 3 tacos. All broken 1 was ok
But cracked. Wanted 2 steak burritos only received one with steak
20 bucks not a good visit.
