Tried the Mobile Ordering, they had a 4 minute estimate for pickup which was pretty fast I figured. I had already arrived so I went in so I could make my drinks. The worse customer service ever. Manager tells cashier I can't add on a drink and I have to go back around. There's was no one on drive thru. I just pulled off and went to Popeyes. And I heard the manager say, let her assss gone. Horrible. Never again

I ordered livers cooked soft and what I got was an order of liver they had already cooked...Threw in the grease to heat them up and gave to me!! I will be calling corporate on this matter
