I went to redeem some of my rewards. Maybe it's been a while, but this is what I received. I asked about it, because it wasn't full. The fries even look tired. I'm trying my best with yall..but Wendy's fries...are uh calling. Plus no..."Hey Welcome to Mc Donald's!!", nor, "Thank you! Have a good day".

Customer service persons seemed sluggish, over-worked, unappreciated. The young people I encountered had no people skills or costumer service skills. They lacked general courtesies, i.e.( good morning, thank you, do you need anything else with your order, thank you.) They just pass your food through the drive though without almost acknowledging you are there. Ronald or the OWNER OPERATOR, NEEDS TO PASS OUT, "Happy Meals" to the workers and provide it with a smile!

Staff is poor with customer service and Rude. The food is somewhat edible but only if you're really hungry. And don't try and ask fir ice cream or a shake after 6pm. Their machine is always "broken".

Door dashed from here last night whole order was wrong came here the next morning to get breakfast at 8 am and can't get any food cause dining room is closed. I can't use the drive thru because I'm in a semi truck. These have to be the most ignorant workers I've ever met.

There are 2 older ladies that work most mornings on the early shift. They are the sweetest ladies! Always polite & smiling!!

Could only order at the kiosk. No napkins at the beverage station. Ran out of sweet tea after I filled 1 time. Ordered 2 regular McChicken sandwiches & they were both spicy.

If you stop at this McDonald's do not again DO NOT order the sweet tea. Its refreshing, but it colored water. No sugar added!

They are about the only McDonald's around that cleans their ice cream machine. I love getting their hot fudge sundae but no other McDonald's ever has a working ice cream machine except for the one in Tarrant
