We stopped at Church’s this evening for dinner this evening. It’s was drive thru only & the line was a little long, but move quickly! The young man was very pleasant & friendly. One of my favorite places to eat. I live in Louisville,Ky. We don't have a Church's Chicken here. Wish We Did. So whenever I'm in B'ham we always stop by Church's Chicken. Just enjoy it very much!!

Good food and adequate service, but two-stars because there are no set hours here. Obviously they just close whenever they feel like it. I've been by at 6pm before only to find them closed for the evening! Not too cool.

The cashier at the midfield location in the drive thru window was very rude said I get on her nerves then slammed the window in my face all because i order a lot so what I did was pulled down n did the survey and because all of my food was cold and three items was missing I told her I wanted a refun

I ordered a 16 piece meal and only received 8 pieces the person who fixed it knew that I paid 38.00 and they also didn't have the jugs for the Tea next time I'm going to check my order before I leave

I bought a $6.49 meal and added a Corn for 50 cents extra and they charged me $9.12, that dont add up no kinda way, then they were rude tryna tell me what I ordered, I will never ever go to that place again, People who patronize them make sure you check your receipt cause they are overcharging you,

Told us to pull around and would bring our order out. 30 minutes later worker that took the order was walking out and look on her face could tell she had forgotten about us. Took 40 mins to get 2 sandwiches and some fries.☹️

The young man taking order at the window was very nice and had very good customer service.
