Review Subway - Birmingham

The service was fine. We ordered personal pizza and the oven kept making a lot of smoke. It was because on the tray on which the pizza would be kept in the oven, there were a lot of veggies and they kept burning.

This subway has struggled for years. Employees have even made the news with their poor behavior. The floor is usually dirty but the food is always fine. Currently there's an employee there who gets it open on time and stays open and is even happy to serve you all by herself. (Petite, blonde lady working 40 plus hours a week, corporate, award her so she'll stay please.)

This is seriously the best subway I've ever been to. The staff members are awesome and have never had a problem here. I come here roughly every day and I decided I needed to write a review about this place. They deserve it. To whom ever is reading this either if you're a worker or management at this place. Yall are doing a great job ensuring customer satisfaction. A+ for yall. These members need to be rewarded.

It really all goes back to the franchisee. He has some unprofessional managers at most of his restaurants. He had some really great managers but they all left because of his unprofessional ways of handling situations on his part. What April did was very unprofessional and there is no excuse for her actions for that day. No matter what your race is you should never be treated differently as long as you are doing your job. I could say more but going to keep it professional short and sweet.

Well this was a first. No lettuce and no tomatoes. Eat fresh? Not so much today! Enjoyed the best meat sandwich with lots of peppers. Yum! In full disclosure - peppers were fresh!

The person working this evening was very unprofessional. My husband is a Grubhub driver and he had to wait for a diners order for 15 mins. Totally unacceptable when the order was late to begin with. When customers walk in please acknowledge them so they don't feel like u don't care about your job.

Just saw the video and it's so disgusting. I will never eat at another Subway again. So many restaurants are going on my list to not eat at. The owner of the store need to fire April and hire somebody else who's care about every race of people.

I just left Subway about 20 mins ago. I will say it was the worse service I have seen from Subway! 1st there was only 2 people in front of me and they only got 1 sub. And I waited in line about 10 mins. They had two customers come in and this restraunt could not break a $100 bill and the customers had to leave to go get change. I sit down in the restraunt to eat while I watch how bad the customers get treated. The lady behind me which was next in line got 3 subs and she asked the lady at the register to write an "S" on the paper of the sub and the lady did not answer the customer and the customer said "mam can you please write an S on that one for me" And the lady that was making subs raised her voice and said "We heard you" And one of the customers that had to go break a $100 bill came back in and one lady was out in the dinning area and the other was making subs and there was 2 customers in front of the guy that just came in from breakin the $100 and that guy waited like 3 min while one is making subs and the other is doing something out in the dinning area. And then the lady making subs yells for a guy to come out of the back and ring the guy that had to go break a $100 and then a black guy walks in the rude lady that is making subs which in fact I think is the manager there at the time and I swear that was the only time I seen that lady smile was when she was flirting with the man. Just so unprofesional! If there was another sub restraunt in the area I would def go there!!!
