It was GREAT for me because the Frappe machine was up. It's not usually around 1pm and I need my Large mocha frappe with a triple shot of espresso to make it thru work.

In the morning they are the slowest. They will take one order every 5 mins no matter if there is only car in the line when you get to the speaker you still are asked to hold for a min. They will not come outside for curbside when you ordered a curbside pickup. People are trying to food before work and they take the precious time for fast food. It's fast food I shouldn't have to wait 20 mins to get food

terrible experience! worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to! waited in second drive thru line where we were told to hold for a minute while they took the other likes order. five times. they took five cars and finished out the other lines orders before starting ours. people behind us in our line started moving to the first line. our order was never taken. finally, we pull up to the window and order. when we are given our food our drinks were mediums. we ordered large. this place is a joke

Due to cars in front of me not moving up to get to speaker and answer lady on it, she had me sitting in car for minutes once I did and ignored me saying Hello. Then a few seconds later started yelling on speaking back (hello hello). I asked her please not to scream at me because I couldn't get to speaker due to car not moving up. This was very rude and as a manager from another McDonald's I wanted to go inside and speak with the manager because that's not called for at the job. If you can't answer the speaker) headphones with respect and be patient then maybe she doesn't need to be on them. Because I'm sure I'm not the first person she's done this way!

Odered chicken nuggets for
my child with barbecue sauce and ordered 2 more meals, paid and got no receipt, lady at the window gave us 2 napkins after asking, and had to ask 2 more times for napkins, then proceeded to say i needed to pay 28 cents for sauce but i ordered it at the window, no customer service and they all standing at the window with attitudes! The whole team need to be fired! And i will be call corporate today!

Waited in line for a good 15 minutes started to order and the lady didn’t even let me finish I get it they’re trying to get orders in quick but I had three orders in total every time I mentioned something she said does this complete your order when I was about to place my third order she cut me off and said drive around then went onto the next person when I got to the window to pay I told her I actually another order she rudely answered and said I would have to drive around again the lady at the second window however was nice this was at around 9:20 ^*

Alot of chains open in Birmingham and then the hiring of staff crumbles or the staff loses their ability to stay focused, be happy, be positive and strive to always do a better.

Asked for a double quarter pounder w/ mustard and ketchup only. Got one drowning in mayo and when I was inspecting the burger I found a hair in it. Got told "that's not a hair it's just from the burger", like I don't know what hair looks like.
Just wanted my money back, employees just walked away and stopped talking to me.
Won't be eating here again.
