This is a place I have patronized for years. Although the doors were locked for inside ordering or eating you had to go through the drive thru. No problem. We bought our food and parked and ate it the parking lot. It was hot and freshly cooked and overall still good as I remember. Keep it up!!

They were extremely rude I sat in line for my doordash order for 15 minutes then they told me to come inside then so when I went to the counter there were eight people in line and they told me I had to wait in line for my dash. None of them were wearing gloves and they were men handling their chicken with their bare hands. Most unprofessional establishment I have ever been in as a doordasher and I've been doing it for 3 years and I've had over 2,500 dashes.

Line takes too long and the chicken be either old chicken from before.. very rarely u get hot chicken with a smile... okra be stuck together and never have the Strawberry blast but keep the sign posted by the menu.

I don't even want to give it a 1. I LOVE their chicken tender meal n this location rarely ever has any. So I was today years old when I found out about the tender family meal n ordered it. First off, the speaker wasn't working then I just drove up and after waiting for 30 mins the girl gave me the wrong sides. She warned me prior that she knew there was gonna b issues n I told her I wanted corn n mashed potatoes. On the receipt it says Cole slaw but I'm allergic n she gave me fries which I hate n threw in okra which I hate n am allergic to to compensate my aggravation. I didn't snap or anything I just asked y is this the only 1 that has this issue? It is thr closest to my house but I will make sure not to come back ever again

Drive wrapped around building. So I go in.1 person working register.1 on drive thru..Lady on register.no sense of urgency ..waited behind 2 people ahead of me 20mins.finally got my food. Fight through the wrapped drive thru line to get out. Get home only to find out chicken was not seasoned. Taste like I had caught it out in tge wild and cooked it eith a csmp fire and no season.

Long wait but only 1 person working Soo okay but the chicken was hot but no taste and it had a lot of feathers on it..this is the 2nd time I have experienced this ..feathers on chicken and a long wait time even when there was staff working

This location is never open on time. Online it has opens at 10:00 a.m.
When you get, they open up at 10:30. I waited until 10:30 to order, just to find out that they are now opening up at 11:00. This is the 2nd time that this has happened!
