My food was not done, the fries was fried in old grease. And on top of that I couldn’t get a answer for a refund. Discussing I’ll never order there again!!! $16.00 order

My family and I stopped by this location while traveling. It was horrid. I would have given zero stars if possible. 1. Women's bathroom was locked up, so we couldn't use it. The men's bathroom was disgusting as well, there was feces on the floor and toilet seat... 2. Every flat surface inside, including the tables and the bar area by the bathroom and the drink station, was covered in sticky substances. You couldn't put anything down nor sit anywhere. 3. The staff were not friendly at all. The receipt conveniently doesn't include the name of the female employee that took our order, but she literally mumbled every single word she spoke, while wearing a mask. When each of us had to ask her to repeat herself, she got super annoyed, as if it isn't her literal job to take orders LOL. 4. Instead of handing our drink cups to us after we paid, she waited on us to walk off and then put the cups between the other two cash registers...without mentioning who got which cup. The drink station was missing lids, there was no sweet tea, and many of the drinks were either missing flavoring or carbonation, or both! 5. The whole staff seemed to be angry, as they were constantly cursing and yelling. The employees were hollering at each other and visibly upset the whole time. 6. It felt very unwelcoming inside and many of our orders were messed up but the employee that would read off the order number and leave it on the counter, would literally disappear after dropping the bag in the pickup area. Fries were unsalted and the food had a dark color to it, as if the oil was overdue a change. My family and I visited this location on Saturday, July 2, 2022 around 11am. I do not recommend visiting this location, especially if you value your safety. There was a creepy older man wandering the parking lot and he approached our vehicle very fast, asking for something but we couldn't understand him. He was definitely high on some kind of substance but when our male cousins came back outside, he left my younger female cousin and I alone.

This is absolutely ridiculous. We ordered two meals and waited over 30 minutes inside. I witnessed the “manager” cuss out someone picking up food for DoorDash and MULTIPLE people come in from the drive thru saying their order was incorrect. Just so there is no confusion on who was in charge, she’s a very tall woman with really short hair. Disgusting treatment of employees and customers!!

Asked to make a simple substitution on a breakfast sandwich, reiterated it twice, but still got the wrong thing. Restaurant was clean. Order was quick. Other than that, no issues.

This location was awful. The service was horrible and the employee was either intentionally providing bad service or she deserves an award for being the worst I have ever encountered. We ended up leaving after we were told they didn't have the first six items we ordered. Don't waste your time stopping here.

Yes I arrived at McDonald's at 6:15 a.m. someone said hi may I help you sorry for the inconvenience but we are out of jelly, McGriddles ,muffins, ketchup..so i said dam McDonald's who doing the ordering. Then she said with a nasty attitude!!! Can i help you or no! So i said ill take a 2 egg McMuffin on biscuit before i could finish she yelled i said no muffins!i told her i got a coupon she ask for the number i gave it to her three times then i said ill pull up! As im pull up i hear her said no,,! But when I get to the window she tells me I hope you don't want nothing else because you can't order at the window I said well you couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear you she said I can hear you fine I said well I couldn't hear you cuz if you can hear me why was I keep repeating myself she said do you want this food or not i gave her the coupon number . the coupon I had was buy one get one free she charged me a dollar for my other biscuit I told her that was wrong she slammed the window in my face and told me that I'm not getting nothing get out of her line!!! she dont have to never worry about seeing me!!! And God don't like ugly she's not going to have that job long..... But I will continue to pray for her that she learns how to treat and talk to customers.....

I take my dog Monster Zoe here everyday to get her two double cheese burgers!! She loves it and the staff always know its us because we get te same order everyday!! My gf say Miss Bird is the Best mangaer/staff lead and is so friendly and professional!! Monster's burgers are always hot and fresh plus she gets her some pets too!!

The food was ok.I asked for my frys hot.But they was warn. And I waited ice tea with lemon. But I was told that was know lemon,but the manager came to the window and gave me some some lemon for me ice tea.
