Employees were being waited like royalty. They had preference. No one in line when arrived. Still waited on food for 10 mins. Worst food I've ever had at a fast food restaurant.

On Monday morning I ran through the drive through. They charged my credit card twice totaling $21. Two different amounts on 2 different days, which really concerns me. I’m going there now to get it remedied. I’d also like to add, that this is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to in my life and I’m 60! I’ve given this location at least 4 tries. The food is never fresh and my order has never been correct. It’s ridiculous.

It's OK. When coming to the drive thru the workers need to work on their courtesy, for example, when customers pull up to the speaker, the first thing the workers would say "can I help you", "what's your order"; not once have they say good morning, good afternoon or good evening, how may I help you, would not make any offers or suggestions, they would take more than 3 minutes to acknowledge you at the speaker. I understand maybe they are tired due to rush hours and have lots of customers that can't make up their minds on what they want and/or constantly changing their orders, and they not getting paid much, but once they change their way of action then I can change my stars

They seem to have a hard time keeping items available. I’ve never been to a store two days in a row that was out of choc milk, OJ, apple pies and chicken biscuits at 8am. Unavailability is not indicated on the mobile app, so you wait in line indefinitely to be told they have nothing when you’re trying to get to work on time. Staff are unfamiliar with the mobile app. Communication with the customer is lacking at the drive-thru and rude at the pick-up window. Will stop at another location from now on. This one is nothing but frustration.

Awful, this location is out of touch with the brand and understanding how to manage, and Customer service. There were more issues beyond the expired milk they gave my child. Order issues - Who in the world would ever order a "meal" without the fries? It's McDonald's!
Do not ruin your opinion of McDonald's go somewhere else.

My mom and I sat at the drive thru window for a long amount of time before anyone answer the bell. And then there was no apology for the wait. We ordered a large sweet tea. That's it. Drove around to the other window and the young lady asked us 4xs what our order was!? 😳 Sweet tea. Then when we got it, the tea had the taste of the last of the tea, extremely bitter and strong. Not satisfied at all. Check your tea. When it gets low, either pour that out, or stretch it, or make some more.

Awful customer service. Ordered food for 4 people, not a huge order. They forgot 2 of our sandwiches, a fry, and a pack of cookies. When we said something about the missing items they looked at us crazy even though we already paid. Made us wait 30 mins and then when we said something again they took the bag back from us, which is not sanitary, and made the 2 missing sandwiches is 3 mins, so what did I just wait 30 mins for??? And I never even got the fry and cookies, nor did they refund the money back to our card either. Worst McDonald's experience EVER, and I have been there MANY TIMES.

The hamburgers were not cooked all the way, there was a lot of pink inside of the meat.
