The employees working the night shift on December 26th were, without a doubt, the best I have ever dealt with at any subway (including this one). They were extremely kind and professional, even when their manager was not watching over them. I respect and appreciate people like this because they are so rare. To the owner: the sink in the men's restroom looks a little depressed.

Kevin and his sister are a great pair. Great service and even better food. Fresh vegetables and cookies.! Very professional.! Took my orders fast and even had a great conversation. Stuff like this keeps restaurants thriving.!

We visit this location often and we leave every visit so happy with our experience. JaTerria is working almost every time we stop by and delivers exceptional customer service and makes excellent sandwiches. Keep up the great work JaTerria!

Kelly and Sheldon are the best. When I came in, there was a long line and they worked diligently to get the customer out of the store. Very kind and patient even though I had a big order... Best Subway in Birmingham-Hoover area!!!!
