Fast food should be exactly as described, fast. It was everything but that at this location. All told I think it took us greater than 15 minutes to place our food order. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by two kiosks where you place your own order. Customer service was okay and certainly wasn't the best. With the self-service kiosks I feel like the kitchen staff is more oriented towards preparing orders and less towards customer service. Other items of interest include limited seating. Our party contained approximately 10 people and we used all but one maybe two tables. The kitchen was moderately clean but the tops of the customer facing side equipment was filthy. If I ever come back to this location I'll be using the drive-thru and probably won't be ordering cookies.

I've always gotten amazing service from this Wendy's everytime I come by. They're always fast, the food is always hot when I get it and my order is always correct.
The only possible downside is that they're usually pretty busy around the normal times, but even than they'll get you out ASAP.

Apparently this is a brand new place with automated ordering. When you walk in there is a screen you use to order. The screen was slow running. That was frustrating enough. The machine to get your drink was self serving with no directions. One customer became frustrated and walked out. The food was a good quality but missed the personal touch. Facility was not particularly clean and very small. Will not go back.

They can't manage to tell the difference between a chicken sandwich and a double bacon cheese burger. It took us 15 minutes in the drive through on a slow night to spend over $20 on two meals we didn't order or want. Should have eaten at any of the other multiple options around there that will provide you the good you ordered and paid for.

I hate this location and won't go back. Ever since they opened, they've been very slow, and rude. It's only gotten worse from there as they aren't as busy because you get sick of this being the model for ghetto behavior. As a regular customer and DoorDasher, this is the worst location in Birmingham. I will gladly go to the one towards downtown even though it's 4 miles away vs. this one right next to my complex. Last night was the last straw as I was given the run around trying to pick up and deliver an order.

GROSS!! This place is absolutely disgusting. All I ordered was a strawberry frosty, only to open the lid and see a nasty hair inside, so I went back, I went into the lobby to get my money back ( too grossed out to even want a replacement) and the inside was disgusting! Trash and food all over the floor. I was also told that it was the second time that day someone came back with a hair in there frosty! I will never return to that dump again!

This is definitely a location where you want to only go through the drive thru. Service was definitely mediocre and the inside of the store wasn't the cleanest. Food was good as usual though.

1pm on a Thursday... Waited 10 minutes and couldn't even pull in to the parking lot the drive through was so backed up. How is this "fast" food?
