I've always gotten amazing service from this Wendy's everytime I come by. They're always fast, the food is always hot when I get it and my order is always correct. The only possible downside is that they're usually pretty busy around the normal times, but even than they'll get you out ASAP.

Apparently this is a brand new place with automated ordering. When you walk in there is a screen you use to order. The screen was slow running. That was frustrating enough. I hate this location and won't go back. Ever since they opened, they've been very slow, and rude. It's only gotten worse from there as they aren't as busy because you get sick of this being the model for ghetto behavior. As a regular customer and DoorDasher, this is the worst location in Birmingham.

This is definitely a location where you want to only go through the drive thru. Service was definitely mediocre and the inside of the store wasn't the cleanest. Food was good as usual though.

1pm on a Thursday... Waited 10 minutes and couldn't even pull in to the parking lot the drive through was so backed up. How is this "fast" food?
